In this moment,

You are invited to meet yourself just as you are.

With tenderness and kindness,

Not judgment.

Let your breath be soft.

Place your hand over your heart if that feels right.

Inhale,

Kindness,

Gentleness.

Exhale,

Self-criticism.

Again,

Inhale,

Kindness,

Gentleness.

Exhale,

Self-criticism.

Imagine your younger self,

The younger version of you.

The you who most needed gentleness.

Offer them warmth,

Kindness,

Love.

Now,

As you imagine the younger version of yourself,

Repeat these affirmations to yourself.

I am worthy and deserving of kindness.

I forgive myself for moments of imperfection.

I am doing the best I can and that is enough.
