This guided meditation is intended for those who seek to start their day grounded in stillness. So often, we feel rushed to start or finish things, only to rush to complete another task. Peace and abundance.

As the sun rises,

So do you,

Slowly,

With intention.

This is your moment to root yourself before the day begins.

Find a comfortable seat or stand with both feet on the ground.

Close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Inhale through the nose.

Exhale fully through the mouth.

Again,

Inhale strength.

Exhale tension.

Bring your awareness to the soles of your feet.

Imagine roots extending downward,

Deep into the earth,

Anchoring you in safety and stability.

With each breath,

Feel yourself more grounded,

More present,

More connected.

Repeat these affirmations silently to yourself.

I am rooted.

I am focused.

I am guided by something greater than myself.

I greet this day with clarity and calm.

I am rooted.

I am focused.

I am guided by something greater than myself.

I greet this day with clarity and calm.

Roll your shoulders back,

Lengthen your spine,

Breathe in possibility,

Exhale with peace.

As you step into your day,

Know that you carry the earth's wisdom within you.

Peace and abundance.
