Inhale deeply,
Suspend your breath,
Exhale slowly through the mouth.

Keep your hands right below your heart center as if you're holding some water.
Look into your hands with your eyes about a tenth of the way open.
Inhale deeply and sing out a long smooth,
Maaaaa.
This is the ancient sound for the creative nurture of the universe.
Listen to the sound through your cupped palm.
