Transcript
This is a meditation to create a vortex of energy around your auric field to allow you to receive guidance for the day and week ahead.
So begin by closing your eyes and getting comfortable in a seated position.
Scan your body for any tension and stress and bring your awareness to any part of your body where you may be holding stress and tension.
Feel the tension in your neck,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Hands,
Feel into your torso,
Your pelvis,
Legs,
Calves,
Feet.
With each inhale and exhale,
Feeling the tension dissolve.
And as we now begin,
We consciously visualize a bubble of divine white light from source surrounding us.
We are surrounded by a bubble of white light of the highest vibration,
Knowing that this bubble fully protects us as we are emerged in this meditation.
So now focus fully on the sound of my voice as I take you on this inner journey and just allow any visions or feelings to surface and observe them.
And if you drift off during the meditation or let your mind wander,
Then just come back to listening to the sound of my voice and reconnect with the energy of the meditation.
And so we begin a journey inwards.
Become conscious of your breath,
The inward breath through the nose for three seconds and a deep exhale expanding the stomach for four seconds.
We will do this two more times,
Inhale for three seconds through the nose and a deep cleansing exhale for four seconds,
Relaxing,
Relaxing,
Relaxing.
And one more deep inhale through the nose,
One more deep cleansing exhale,
Releasing all the tension from your body.
In this cocoon of white light,
I want you to become aware of the particles of energy that surround you in your auric field.
Feel into the expansiveness of the space,
The white light that surrounds you as you breathe in and out.
You're observing the auric field and you're about to supercharge your auric field and cleanse your central channel.
So just feeling the energy that surrounds you,
The bubble of white light.
Now take your consciousness,
Your vision,
Your feeling center to the top crown of your head.
And I take now a deep inhale breath of energy from the auric field and pulling the energy through the crown of your head with the inhale.
Pulling now the energy into your body and with the out breath push the torso of the body out and feeling it descending through the whole body and spine.
Releasing the energy out of the aura through your tailbone.
We will do this two more times,
Focusing on the crown above the head.
And as you breathe in,
Pulling the energy through the center of the head and down through your central column.
And with an exhale pushing the energy down the body with the out breath through your central channel.
Down exhaling,
Down exhaling through the tailbone and back through into the auric field.
And one more time,
Taking the awareness to the top of the head and pulling the energy through the center of your head.
And now pausing,
Holding the breath for two seconds.
And now with the out breath releasing,
Deep exhale and letting it flow through the body.
Flow through your central channel,
Out through your tailbone and out through your body.
Breathe normally now for a few moments.
We are going to extend this practice by taking the deep energy,
The deep breath into the heart and down into the feet.
So again connecting with the energy in the top of your head,
This is your crown chakra.
And with a deep inhale bringing the energy through the crown of the head.
And inhaling the energy through the head,
Through the crown and inhaling it into the center of your heart.
Visualizing a point in the center of your heart.
And just with your inhales and exhales now,
Visualizing a flow of energy with an inhale flowing through the head.
And with an exhale expanding your heart center,
Starting with the center of your heart.
Another deep inhale and with the exhale visualizing your heart space getting bigger and bigger.
You are charging up your heart chakra and activating the heart chakra space.
Visualizing again the auric field,
The beautiful white cleansing light inhaling through the crown chakra.
And as you exhale feeling the central point of the heart chakra,
The heart space expanding,
Getting bigger and bigger.
You are activating your heart chakra.
We will stay here for 30 seconds as you activate and expand the heart chakra.
You are creating a flow of energy with the inhale through the crown chakra.
And a deep cleansing exhale into the heart space.
Imagining the beautiful white light flowing and expanding the heart chakra space.
The heart chakra visualizing perhaps a green light getting brighter and brighter,
Bigger and bigger.
Perhaps feeling and seeing your heart expand.
We will stay here for 30 seconds in silence as we activate and expand the heart.
From this place of peace,
This heart expanded state,
We now again pull in energy through the crown and allow it to float into the heart chakra.
Now with another inhale,
Push the energy and outflow it all the way down through the body,
Down through the legs.
And return the energy down into the ground with more of an active consciousness and greater intention.
Breathe in the energy through the crown chakra,
Through your aura.
And now with a deep intentional out breath,
Send the energy,
Send the light through the central column,
Down past the heart chakra.
Flowing it out of the tailbone into the earth past your feet.
We will do this three more times.
Inhale through the crown chakra.
Inhale through the crown chakra.
And with an intentional exhale,
Forcing the energy out through your tailbone and out down into mother earth,
Into the ground.
Another inhale through the crown.
We are cleansing the central channel,
Forcing the energy now intentionally through the central channel,
Down into the crown,
Down,
Down,
Down.
Through the central channel,
Down into mother earth.
Breathe in.
Hold the breath.
And again,
Relax and release the energy into your central channel,
Down into mother earth,
Past your feet.
Feel into your auric field now.
Feel into the white bubble of light that's surrounding you.
You are open to channel.
You have just cleared your central channel and you are now ready to set your intention to receive wisdom and guidance you need for this day ahead.
Your central channel is clear and connected.
You are now ready to begin,
To come back from your meditation and prepare to write in silence the answers to the following questions.
So open your eyes and take a piece of paper and start writing the first feelings,
Thoughts,
Visions and knowings you receive as I ask you the questions.
The first question.
What activities,
Tasks and projects do I want to put my energy into today?
What am I most excited doing or achieving today?
What am I not looking forward to and why?
Are there any thoughts that can allow me to see this situation differently?
What is in my power to change this circumstance?
What am I doing today that's helping to create my longer term vision for my life?
If I reflect on yesterday,
What experiences,
Events or conversations taught me something?
What lessons have I learned yesterday or last week?
How am I becoming more knowledgeable and more wiser?
What professional or personal relationships can I strengthen today?
What kind of conversations can I have?
To open up new creative thoughts or create a deeper relationship of trust and cooperation at work?
Who can I help today?
How can I help them?
And lastly,
How can I nurture myself today?
What is one act of self love and self kindness that I can engage in today for myself?
When you're ready,
Finish writing and put down the pen.
And we set the intention that today is filled with unlimited possibilities,
Abundance of love and great miracles.
You've now completed a strong practice of meditation and channeling for the day ahead.
