Sometimes closing our eyes and relaxing can improve our mental health. Whether it is looking on our phones all day or doing work on our laptops, our eyes need a break too. Through this guided meditation, close your eyes and relax for three minutes.

Thank you for meditating with me.

In this 3 minute meditation session,

I would like you to simply relax and release.

Let's go.

Place yourself in a comfortable position for 3 minutes.

Clear your thoughts for the moment.

Become in tune with the melody.

Now I'm going to count to 3 and when the 3 appears,

Simply close your eyes.
