Please close your eyes and take a big breath in,
Breathing confidence.
Hold,
Breathe out and release any negative feelings.
I want you to imagine that you have a thread running through your body,
Pulling you up and keeping you tall and straight.
Another big breath in,
Breathing confidence.
Hold,
Breathe out and release any negative feelings.
Now I want you to imagine you are standing in front of a large oval mirror.
You are looking at your own reflection.
In your mind I want you to repeat the following affirmations after me.
I accept myself completely.
I let go of negative emotions and I am filled with positive thoughts about the future.
I am a confident,
Successful person.
I am flexible and open to change and I am in charge of my own life.
I am willing to know myself on all levels.

My values and my spirit.
Now take another look into the mirror.
See your true,
Authentic self.
