Hi,
I'm Sina and today I'll guide you through a tapping meditation for the new moon phase and energy.
A time of quiet beginnings when not everything is clear yet,
When there may be uncertainty and things can feel a little in the dark just like the night sky.
And this time can be a beautiful moment to gently strengthen trust.
Trust in the unknown,
In yourself and plant soft intentions for the future.
Together we'll acknowledge what's present.
We'll honor this special new moon energy,
Allow the body to settle and create space for something new to emerge without forcing or trying to fix anything.
You might like to create a small ritual around this practice,
Perhaps sitting in a quiet cozy space,
Your favorite spot in your apartment or house or even outside,
Maybe dimming the lights so you meditate in the dark or lighting your favorite candle,
Whatever feels supportive for you in this moment.
We'll be tapping on certain points on the upper body and the face while saying out loud certain words and phrases.
And you can just follow along by tapping gently on the points and repeating the phrases if that feels right for you.
And remember to take care of yourself.
You can pause anytime,
You can come back later or adjust the phrases I suggest so they feel true for you.
And now take a moment to settle yourself into your space.
Find a comfortable seated position and for a moment place your awareness on your breath without trying to change your breath.
Just notice how your breath feels in this very moment.
And now let's begin tapping and we start by tapping on the side of the hand.
That's the soft fleshy part underneath your little finger.
And you can tap on the left or the right hand and repeat after me,
Even though I don't fully know what's next.
And there's a part of me that wants clarity but it's not there yet.
And right now I'm fastening into this moment.
Even though I might feel uncertain or impatient,
I recognize it's tough to trust when I don't see what's coming.
And I give myself permission to pause and not have all the answers right now.
Even though here I am trying to figure it all out and part of me feels a bit lost or unsure.
I'm open to meeting myself as patience and allowing things to unfold in their own time and space.
And we tap on the inside of the eyebrow.
All this not knowing.
Outside the eye.
This uncertainty.
Under the eye.
Part of me wants answers.
Under the nose.
Part of me wants control.
Wants to figure it all out right now.
On the chin.
It's uncomfortable to be in the unknown.
Feels like being in the dark where I can't see anything.
Collarbone.
My body feels this too.
Under the arm.
Maybe there's some tension and restlessness.
It feels uncomfortable.
Top of the head.
And right now I'm just noticing what's here.
What's alive in my body.
Inside the eyebrow.
And I wonder if this face is a natural part of the process.
Outside the eye.
We can see it in nature.
Under the eye.
The night sky is dark,
Under the nose.
The moon is invisible.
Chin.
And still.
Something is still happening.
Things are growing in the dark.
Collarbone.
A quiet process.
A process in the unseen.
Under the arm.
That feels like a pause.
A pause before something new begins.
Top of the head.
Something new is emerging.
Just like the new moon.
Inside the eyebrow.
So what if I don't have to rush this?
Maybe it's okay to be with the unknown.
Not to see everything while it's growing.
Outside the eye.
What if this pause is part of the process?
Under the eye.
Like dark fertile soil.
Under the nose.
Where something is already growing.
Chin.
Even if I can't see it yet.
Collarbone.
And maybe all I need to do right now is letting my body soften a little.
Under the arm.
Maybe all I need to do is breathing softly and gently.
Top of the head.
And allowing things to unfold in their own time and space.
And here we're taking a moment to pause.
To pause tapping.
And I invite you to rest your awareness on your body.
Noticing what's alive in your body.
What's alive in this very moment.
And if you like,
You can begin to sense a soft intention.
Not as a goal that needs to be forced or something you have to figure out right now.
But more like a feeling or a quiet,
Subtle direction.
Something you'd like to cultivate.
Something that feels true and good in your body.
It could be a feeling.
A state of mind.
Or even just a color or an image.
Maybe it's clarity.
Or love.
Or courage.
Or simply a sense of ease in your body.
You may also choose not to set an intention right now and simply rest your awareness on your body and that's completely fine too.
If you set an intention,
You might imagine it just like a small seed.
Planted into fresh,
Nourishing soil.
In this quiet phase where something new can begin.
And from here we continue tapping on the inside of the eyebrow.
I plant this intention softly.
Outside the eye.
Without pressure.
Under the eye.
Without forcing.
Without trying to figure out anything.
Under the nose.
Just a quiet sense.
Chin of what I'm ready for.
Collarbone.
I choose to be open to receiving.
Under the arm.
In my own timing.
In my own pace.
Top of the head.
Trusting what's unfolding in my reality.
Side of the hand.
I'm open to trusting what's unfolding.
Even if I can't see it yet.
And we pause tapping here.
You can place your hands either on your heart space or any other part of your body.
And just letting that settle.
Knowing there's nothing more you need to do right now.
Just allowing things to unfold.
In their own time.
In their own pace.
And this is where I leave you.
