The very first thing we're going to do today is place our right hand on our tummy.
And as we breathe in and out,
Place your focus on the movement of your tummy beneath your hand.
And noticing with the hand placed on the tummy,
The gentleness of the breath as it goes in and out.
And so while we feel the gentleness of the breath underneath our right hand,
We now also include our attention as it becomes present with the gentleness that is within us.
Therefore we're going to cultivate first of all some more kindness and gentleness towards self.
We're allowing your own gentleness towards self to circulate through you.
Your only requirement is to stay in your gentleness.
If your mind wanders,
Come back to placing your attention on what you feel with your hand on your tummy as you breathe,
Feeling your own energy.
In essence,
Feeling into your own divine and gentle center.
Placing your attention on the warmth that is traveling throughout your being and your body.
You may notice that it rushes as if warm energy is pulsing and rushing forth to particular areas that may need some more gentleness to soften those edges,
Heal what may filter you as wounds or even damage.
You are in a complete state of allowance.
Let that healing in.
Again,
The very gentleness that we are talking of,
That I am talking of,
That I am talking of travels with your breath.
When you are ready,
Feel free to relax your right hand back onto your lap.
And with eyes still closed,
Observe how this same gentleness of energy is traveling around your exterior form.
So in places where it may feel like energetically,
You have spikes.
Sometimes these appear around our hearts,
Off our shoulders,
Even off the backs of our hands.
They can protrude from our throats,
From our minds,
Even our eyes.
We energetically allow these just to dissolve,
Soften and to be released.
Again,
We only need to allow for this release to occur and it will.
And while these energetic spikes may have been essential to us in the past,
At certain stages of our life even,
To help us get through,
To survive certain circumstances or situations,
We return to the knowingness that we are safe.
We are safe to be ourselves and we are guided and protected by the divine.
It is likely that you will physically sense what has occurred.
You may feel calmer,
You may find that your muscles are more relaxed or that you feel even physically lighter.
And interestingly,
You notice right now how you have returned to this beautiful calm.
You're flowing loving and gentle kindness towards self with such grace and ease.
And now you are able to enjoy some moments of self-connection,
Simple,
Uncomplicated and beautiful all at once.
Set the intention for the inner you to walk tall within the external you as you're stretching up more to the divine itself.
Remembering your own inner strength,
Stability and gentleness.
And we prepare ourselves now to return by noticing sounds around us in the distance first.
Listening now to sounds that are nearer.
And when you're ready,
Slowly opening your eyes.
