To begin let's find a comfortable position and I'm going to invite you to sit down with your back right and your front is soft.
We're going to begin by taking a deep breath in all the way down to your lower body and filling up all the way up to your higher chest,
Holding for four,

One and gently releasing through your nose.
And again inhale all the way down to your lower belly,
Filling all the way up to your upper chest and holding at the top for four,

One and gently releasing through your nose.
And one more time inhale all the way down to your lower belly and all the way up to your upper chest,

And now I'm gonna invite you to connect to your heart center.
You can bring one hand to your heart and you can bring one hand to your throat to get a sensation of your heartbeat and tuning into that sensation of your heartbeat to the hand that is placed above your heart,
Inviting the breath to slow down,
Inviting a sense of relaxation into your body,
Allowing yourself to be breathed by life,
To be held by life.
There is nothing to do and there's nowhere to be more than here in this moment,
Simply aware.
Just in nature everything is accomplished,
Your heartbeat,
Your sight,
So many things that get accomplished without your control.
So trust in the intelligence of your heart,
The intelligence of your body,
Knowing that you are so much more than your physical body and you are so much more than this human experience.
In fact,
You expand your soul all the way to spirit,
To the one source.
Stay in connection to your heart and your body,
Holding the presence within yourself.
And now through light language,
The universal language of light,
We're going to activate the soul regeneration and longevity at the level of your DNA.
There's nothing for you to do,
Simply accept this to be true,
Activating the intention and making the choice within you to regenerate all your cells within you and to activate the frequency of longevity within you.

Inhale and open your chest,
Open your arms to the side.
Curve your back just a little bit.
As you inhale all the way to your lower belly and as you exhale,
Bring your arms back in an embrace,
Embracing yourself,
Embracing your life and your body.
And stay in this space,
Connected to your breath,
Bringing love and appreciation to your body and acknowledging yourself in this new vitality energy,
Activation,
Regeneration,
Longevity within you.
And so it is.
