This meditation guides you into the Field of Infinite Offerings, a quiet inner landscape where abundance meets your openness. Through breath, stillness, and gentle visualization, you will witness what rises when you release grasping and allow life to meet you in its own way. There is no music in this session. The quiet is intentional, giving your own insight room to emerge.

Welcome.

Let this session serve as a gentle return to breath,

To self,

To what is already here.

This meditation explores abundance by recognizing what is already present and understanding how that awareness makes space for even more in your life.

The moments of silence throughout this meditation offer space for your insights to deepen,

Helping you to realize that abundance doesn't come from striving.

It comes from simply being present.

Hello,

My name is Maria Baltazzi,

Happiness explorer and author of the award-winning book,

Take a Shot at Happiness.

I invite you to close your eyes,

Allow your body to settle,

Let your palms turn upward in a simple signal to receive.

Breathe in slowly,

Exhale gently and let the breath take you out of the day and into the now.

Feel your seat,

Feel the earth,

Let your spine lengthen gently,

Let your shoulders relax,

Let your jaw release,

Take a long inhale through the nose,

Hold it,

Exhale slowly through the mouth.

Again,

Inhale,

Hold,

Exhale and bring attention to the spine of your neck and feel the support beneath you.

Nothing is required of you in this moment.

You are allowed to simply be.

Now imagine yourself standing at the edge of a vast open field.

It stretches as far as the eye can see,

Soft golden grasses waving,

Light dancing across the surface.

This field is your inner landscape.

It holds everything you have ever asked for,

Even what you forgot you asked.

Take a step forward.

The earth is warm,

The wind gentle,

The air alive with possibility.

With each breath something begins to rise in the field.

Not objects,

Not wishes,

They are offerings.

A face you have not seen in a long time,

A memory that once made you strong,

An idea that arrives without trying,

A quiet answer to a question that has lived in your chest for months.

Each offering meets you in silence,

One by one in its own time.

You do not need to do anything,

You only need to witness them.

That is all.

Now walk forward slowly and notice what the field brings forward.

Notice what is already here waiting to be seen.

Let this field speak to you.

Let it fill you with awareness of what is already within you,

What circles around you,

And what continues to unfold.

Abundance begins with this.

Noticing what meets you when you are no longer grasping.

So let these words wash through as truth.

Let your breath deepen as you rest into the following words.

Let your body receive them without effort.

I do not chase,

I allow.

What is meant for me is already on its way.

I am living inside abundance now.

I open to what is ready to arrive.

I am already surrounded by enough.

The next step always knows when to arrive.

I trust the timing of my life.

Feel these words like sunlight across the field you just saw.

And let me offer this meditation prayer.

Let me remember the quiet in which abundance lives.

Let me stay close to what is real.

Let me walk through the world with open hands and a warm heart.

May I trust the offerings that appear when I release control.

May I welcome what returns to me in its own time.

Let this moment close in gratitude.

Let the night open in peace.

And so let it be.

Abundance shows itself to those who are willing to see beyond the obvious.

You may not leave this meditation with answers in hand,

Though you may feel a little more calm,

A little more open,

A little more aware of what has been here all along.

Take that awareness with you.

Let it shape your rest.

I will see you next time.

Thank you for practicing with me.

May you now and always take your best shot at happiness.
