Let's start this meditation by focusing your body.
How are you feeling today?
Finding a comfortable position.
Seated is the best choice,
But you can lay down.
Just acknowledge your body,
How it feels today.
Are your shoulders relaxed or tense?
Your neck,
The muscles of your face,
Your jaw,
How tense is your face today?
Your hands,
Is relaxed or is tired?
Your arms for holding so much.
It's very hard to deal with uncertainties that we face every day.
We plan something and sometimes nothing goes the way that we would like to.
Instead to go against the uncertainty,
Try to plan and worry so much,
And just go with the uncertainty.
Work together with the uncertainty,
No against.
Enjoy the synchronicity that life brings to us by being more curious about life,
Instead of trying to control life,
Control events.
Just breathe deep to your belly.
As we breathe,
Our belly raise as a baby does.
We hold just for two seconds and release.
Imagine that your body is a cup and you feel the whole juicy drink that you,
Your favorite one.
And you take as much as you want.
It's free,
It's a valuable 24-7 and you just release after.
In this exercise,
Let's focus our breathing to bring oxygen to every single part of our body.
Every cell is waiting.
You can imagine a very cute queue where all the cells is with this little plate or a cup,
Waiting in the queue like a children,
Patient,
Waiting to be served.
We have trillions of cells working together inside our body.
Just give to them a moment in your day that you nourish every single worker.
They work so hard to pick,
To maintain our breath,
Our body healthy,
Function.
Just allow that and picture this beautiful scene that we see all the starving cells waiting to receive a cuddle.
It's just 10 breaths.
I will count for you.

Three.
You can stay in this space.
And you can add intention for your day.
When you feel more anxious and worry about what will be happen,
How to deal with so much uncertainty,
Just bring back your breathing to your belly.
Thinking about all the beautiful cells working inside you,
Wanting to be served by your attitude,
To be paying attention to your breathing.
Every single part of your body will help you to deal with this uncertainty by just paying attention here and now,
Because it's what we have.
