Close your eyes and smile softly at yourself. No words, no fixing—just being. In this tender stillness, your body and mind remember kindness, and self-acceptance blooms naturally as a quiet source of peace. Music: “Sincerely” by Kevin MacLeod

Transcript

The Still Point Minute Smile softly at yourself in silence.

Have a seat or lie down.

Find a mirror or simply close your eyes and imagine your reflection.

Now smile softly,

Gently,

As if greeting a loved one.

Stay with it for a few breaths.

Notice how even a small smile shifts your energy.

It opens the door to kindness,

To lightness,

To strength.

Sometimes the most powerful act of compassion is the simplest.

Smiling at yourself without words,

Without judgment,

Just presence.
