It's very much my pleasure.
Begin to bring all of your attention and awareness to your breath.
Follow the air as it moves into your body,
Into your lungs,
And as you release it.
Bringing it in,
Following it out.
As you breathe,
Imagine a spiral in the center of your chest.
Your portal to the other realm,
Your heart center,
Begins to swirl with light.
With every exhale breath,
Allow that light to encompass your entire body and the entire space around you.
Until all you can see and feel is yourself floating in this beautiful light.
And in front of you an ethereal veil appears to the other realm.
You take your hand,
Slide it across the veil,
And find yourself stepping out into a desert.
Allow the landscape around you to appear.
Feel your feet in the warm sand.
Feel the life that's trying to make its way up through the dry surface.
Now call on a helping spirit to meet you.
Allow the wind to bring them towards you.
Maybe this is a helping spirit you've worked with before,
An ancestor,
An animal,
An orb of light.
This guide is here to help you tune in to unconditional love,
To stop the voices,
To stop the way we can sting ourselves with our own tail.
So often,
Out of fear,
We continue to punish ourselves over and over again for something we did,
Something we said,
Or an assumption we're making about how we were perceived.
From a place of love and compassion,
Your helping spirit wants to transform this energy back to love.
Your guide turns you into a scorpion.
Watch yourself shape shift.
Notice your tail.
Notice your stinger.
Notice the way you punish yourself.
Observe.
Call forward all of that anxiety,
Fear,
Obsessive thinking.
Visualize that energy.
Visualize the way you punish yourself.
Now shape shift your stinger.
Release yourself of this energy.
Stop stinging yourself with your tail.
Maybe your tail gets really short so you can't sting yourself.
Maybe it turns into water or light.
Maybe it wraps itself around you in love and compassion.
Maybe you cut your tail off so you can grow another.
Maybe the color of your skin changes from dry sand to vibrant blue or violet.
If you were to infuse self-love into this situation,
How would your scorpion change?
It is part of our normal human experience to sting ourselves with our tail.
Even one sting could be a reminder of how we might want to do something differently next time.
But a second or third or fourth sting is not necessary.
As you move throughout your day or week and find yourself in a place where you're stinging yourself over and over,
Close your eyes,
Shape shift into a scorpion.
Shape shift your tail.
Release yourself from punishment.
Step into nourishment.
Lean into your guides and self-love.
You are worthy of making mistakes,
Of not being perfect,
Of compassion,
Forgiveness,
And grace.
You are worthy of making mistakes.
You are worthy of making mistakes.
You are worthy of making mistakes.
You are worthy of making mistakes.
