Sit or lie in a comfortable position where you will be undisturbed for approximately four minutes.
Close your eyes and allow your body to sink deeply into the chair or space where you are lying.
Let yourself grow calm and serene and allow your breath to take you deeper into the inner level of your being.
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Breathing in and breathing out.
And as you breathe in,
Imagine that you are filling up with light.
Fill up with light.
Fill up with light as you breathe in more and more light.
Until light is fully running throughout your body engulfing you above,
Below,
In and around.
It is as if you are taking a shower of light.
Stand in the light.
Allow this light to fill you up with radiance.
A radiance that cleanses and purifies and heals your aura.
A light that is composed of many colors.
All the colors of the rainbow.
Allow yourself to drink in the color of green,
The color of vitality and aliveness.
Allow it to swarm around you and invigorate you.
Then comes a beautiful sapphire blue.
It pays particular attention to your throat area and facilitates better communication.
Allow this blue all around you.
Now a beautiful orange is shining down and I want you to imagine that you can draw it into your adrenals.
Allow it to fully fill and take out any fear that may be stored there.
And bringing in the color of yellow,
The color of sunshine and illumination.
Allow it to fall all around you.
Allow yourself to drink it up and let it recharge you.
A beautiful rose color is coming towards you now and it is the color of love,
The vibration of unconditional love.
Allow yourself to bring it into your heart center and feel the pure love,
Pure love of your I am self and the divine.
Before you now is a beautiful,
Beautiful violet,
The color of evolution,
Of clearing,
Of transformation.
Breathe it in and allow it to permeate every cell within your body to facilitate change,
To facilitate your better healing and next step on your journey.
And finally the color red begins to swarm around your feet.
Allow it to ground you and to seal this healing,
To seal this shower of healing light.
Let all the colors of the rainbow move all around you in a shower of light.
And in your own time you can begin to wiggle your fingers and toes and think about opening your eyes and take your time and know always that you can have a shower of light to invigorate you in the morning or help you relax at the end of your day.
