This is a meditation for alignment and surrender.

Sit with your back straight and relax your shoulders.

Relax your jaws.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.

Do this a couple of times until you get a nice rhythm.

Notice how this rhythm is comforting.

It feels good.

You feel good.

Notice what your mind is doing with all that.

Is it busy or quiet?

Whatever it is doing,

Just smile at your mind and go,

Hey buddy,

I love you.

I know you can be a bit unruly sometimes,

But I really,

Really love you.

Notice how that makes you feel.

Notice how your body is feeling.

Can you feel your head?

Your chest?

Your abdomen?

Your back?

Your left leg and foot?

Your right leg and foot?

Your arm on the left and your arm on the right?

Is there any tension or stress or excess energy anywhere in your body?

Or is there a lack of consciousness or energy in your body?

Just notice.

Don't get into a story about it.

Just remain interested.

Say to your body,

Hey buddy,

I really love you.

Thank you for giving me a temple for my spirit.

Now slowly expand your awareness to your energy field just outside your body and a little further away.

How does this feel?

Can you feel it?

It's totally okay if you don't.

Just let it be.

Now expand your awareness to the whole universe,

The galaxy,

All of creation.

Feel how everything is connected through this consciousness that permeates everything and everyone.

Without this,

There is no life.

There is no love,

No joy,

No happiness.

Feel how you are part of that consciousness.

It's not separate from you.

It is inside you and outside you.

It's everywhere.

And notice you are everywhere too.

You can be in your body and you can be in the stars.

You can place your awareness everywhere.

And say to this consciousness,

Hey buddy,

I really love you.

You may be able to feel the love coming back to you.

In your mind,

Focus on someone who you have experienced conflict with.

Allow your consciousness to become part of them too.

And say in your mind,

Hey buddy,

I really love you.

Feel the love coming back to you.

Sit in this love for a moment.

Place a beautiful flame in your heart and see it burn for a bit.

Slowly come back to your body.

Put a gentle smile on your face and open your eyes when you're ready.
