A meditation activation for the Year of the Dog.
2018 brings us new energies of the Earth Dog.
Like all cosmic support,
When we are aware of it and choose to align with it,
The energy can be really powerful to support us in the direction we are headed.
So let's first consider some of the characteristics of those born in the Year of the Dog,
For it is these energies that will support you for the next 12 months.
Dogs are loyal,
Honest and family oriented.
They will do anything for those important to them,
Though communication may not always be the easiest.
They may shy away from strangers,
Just being loyal to their close companions.
Under the guidance of Chinese Feng Shui,
2018 is ruled by the number 9,
Which brings us business opportunities,
Opening up to more cash flow and new relationships.
2018,
According to the Chinese philosophy,
Is all about action this year,
Though be careful not to burn yourself out,
So not at the expense of your health.
So let's have a look at how these energies can support you.
So first of all,
I want you to think of a dog.
It could be your own,
Or a friend of yours may have a dog.
Or even if you've seen people walking at the beach,
Giving their dog a big hug and a pat after they've been in the water,
And conjure that image up now.
Note how excited the dog is that the owner is giving it his attention.
It's wagging its tail,
Its tongue hanging out,
Panting,
Wanting to be all around the owner,
Giving it love,
Affection,
Trying to convey its appreciation for having fun at the beach,
Playing in the sand,
In the water,
Being carefree,
And more than happy to follow the owner home when it's time to leave.
The dog knows it will be fed and watered each day,
Cared for,
Loved for,
And taken for walks,
Assuming of course that the owner cares and loves for the dog just as much as the dog gives unconditional love to the owner.
Just take a moment to absorb those energies in that vision right now.
So now I'd like for you to call in a project potential that you have for 2018,
Whether it's to do with your business,
Career,
Or in your personal life.
Call something forward you would like to focus your energy on and attention and set your vision for the next year ahead.
Now that you have that project in mind,
I'd like for you to take a deep breath into your heart space,
Coming to the here and now,
And open up your heart whilst you think of this project and ask yourself honestly on a scale of one to ten how you feel in your heart in terms of enthusiasm,
Joy,
And love for this project.
And note mentally a number between one and ten.
Now I'd like for you to envisage that project being finished,
That you've enjoyed the journey,
All the steps of creation,
Knowing whilst there's been some frustrations along the way or some hiccups,
You've really enjoyed the challenge of creativity,
Of allowance,
Of calling in the opportunity,
People,
And resources to help you on this project.
And now you're celebrating the completion of it.
And you feel so much love and appreciation,
Not only for the outcome,
Also for the journey.
And feel that feeling in your heart expand,
Really expand throughout all the cells of your body and beyond your body into your etheric fields.
And ramp up the energy of joy and satisfaction,
Of knowingness,
Of creation,
And just how much pleasure completing the project has brought to you.
And feel it expand throughout your fields,
Really feel into that beautiful,
Loving feeling of having that project completed,
Knowing you have maintained balance throughout the period of creation.
You've known when to take down time.
You've known when to listen to your body,
To eat healthily and exercise to support this vision,
And you find it easy to commit to this balance in your life.
So by the end of the project,
You still feel fully energized,
Ready for the next adventure to unfold.
And in the meantime,
Just enjoy this moment of completion.

So let's call in the energy of the Year of the Dog and open up your heart and ask yourself,
How loyal and committed can you be to this project,
Just like a dog is to its owner?
And we ask in this moment that any belief known or hidden,
Any subconscious belief,
Any past life programming,
Any soul contract,
Any vow that you have running that is holding you back from fear of not being able to complete it properly,
Of things going wrong,
Of all the what ifs,
All the things that are future projection that are holding you back from getting started,
That are allowing procrastination to step up and play its part,
Anything that is stopping you from firmly committing and being totally loyal to your project.
Today we ask to be dissolved,
Deleted,
Unstored,
Decreated across all time,
Space,
Dimensions and realities,
And allowing them to release and let go and feel the freedom of those as they dissipate from your field,
From your belief system and see them float away and transmute.
To see a beautiful white beam of light coming in through your crown chakra at the top of your head,
Through your head and throat,
Down to your heart,
Through your arms,
Torso,
Abdomen,
Down through your roots,
Through your legs and into the earth below,
And feel that light expand through your body and as it saturates your field with lightness,
With a vibration of love,
Hold the image of that completed project in your heart space and soak it in this love and light.
Immerse it in the sense of freedom and joy you are feeling right now.
Now bring your attention to your abdomen,
Your solar plexus,
Your power centre and feel,
See or sense or in your creative imagination,
Picture a ball of golden yellow light in your abdomen.
This has the ability to shine out from your own power centre and anchor in that white beam coming directly into that ball of light and see it ignite and start blazing and energising.
So you see this ball of energy in your solar plexus rotating 360 degrees,
Very high speed in your solar plexus and just take a moment to absorb and feel that energy in your power centre igniting and alighting once more.
And as the energy spins in the creative like vortex,
We ask your body and every cell and all your belief systems and thought patterns with the intention of this project to bring in the love lightness that you would see in a dog playing joyfully at the beach,
Knowing fully trusting with confidence that it can just have fun in the creative process of play and bring that feeling of joy and playfulness and creativity into your belly,
Anchoring them in and allowing them to swirl like a vortex throughout your field.
Bringing your energy and attention back into that power space,
Give yourself permission to open up for clearer communication through this project,
Knowing when to give it its full attention and being careful of when to bark.
When you sniff and smell something a little suspicious,
That's the time to investigate just as a dog would when it explores its neighbourhood on its walk.
Bring in that intuition and guidance,
That sense of smell and observance.
The dog is merely hunting out the news,
So call in the ability that you will be shown all that you need to in order to bring this project to its fullest fruition with ease,
Grace,
Flow.
And just as a dog greets other dogs on the beach with the joyful expectation and excitement and curiosity,
Meet your project with the same energy and allow that to expand through your field,
Into your heart and into your mind in this moment as you call in the vision of magic for your project.
Bringing your attention back to your power centre,
Ramp up the energy of loyalty,
Commitment and honesty through your project,
Not only that you may radiate that through all aspects of what you do,
You may also receive that from everyone you interact with through the creative process and anchor that into your power centre knowing it is so.
Bring your attention back to your power centre,
Make a commitment that you will be mindful in this 11-2 year of balance.
Any year or any project that you are taking massive action on must be met with balance in your life.
Anchor in the reminders that you will promise yourself to keep balance in your life,
Not only between your work and also with your relationships,
With your health,
With your physicality,
With your social life and with your commitment to spirit.
Take a leaf out of a dog's day and nap often or at least take 10 minutes out to meditate and quieten the mind.
Make a promise to yourself you will do this regularly and often no matter how busy you appear to be.
Coming back into your heart space and feeling that expansion once again of love and light as the white light continues to radiate out from your heart space,
Nestling in this vision of your project and I want you to feel a little like a dog with a bone.
This project is your prized possession,
You don't let it out of your sight,
You know where it is at all times,
You keep it buried for safe keeping that you can bring to the surface anytime you need to do more work on and just picture that energy,
That your commitment to that bone,
You're being like a dog with a bone that does not want to let it go and your commitment and loyalty will be proven when you bring this project to its fruition having enjoyed the journey thoroughly every step of the way.
I'd like for you as we finish up to picture the success of the project and feel yourself surrounded with your loved ones just as a dog would with its family and see yourself sharing and jumping around and joy,
Exuberance and energy just as a dog would when it knows it's going to the beach,
Jumping up,
Giving your face the lick,
Giving you love,
Picture that now and just feel the energy of that and allow that energy to saturate every cell of your body.

Can you promise yourself to be a little more like a dog,
Loyal,

Knowing and trusting that every day you will be cared for and looked after by the seen and the unseen,
That you will rest often and when you do play it's full out with all the energy and exuberance and sharing this and radiating this to others as you share the journey of creation.
So call to mind a picture of a dog,
The first one that pops into your mind.
See that dog sitting panting with almost a smile on its face,
So happy to see you.
Anchor that image into your heart and also into your abdomen,
Into your space of creativity and anchor in all this beautiful feelings you're feeling right now.
The more often you call upon this image of the dog throughout your creative process,
Especially before you start for the day,
The more you will feel this anchoring in of commitment and joy to the journey no matter what.
So use the tools of being present with your breath picturing your pet pup for the next year or so as you immerse and exude the energies of the year of the dog.
