First we are going to do some gentle grounding and breath work to get us centered.
Let's place our hand over our heart and follow our heartbeat for a few minutes.
While we do that,
Let's set the intention to connect to our highest good.

You You Awesome Let's now go into our minds eye or deeper within our heart Let's imagine our higher self comes forward Let's spend some rejuvenating and inspirational time with our highest self Or what feels like our highest good Open the dialogue and feel the energy You You You You You You Ask about your legacy or your purpose Ask for continued guidance throughout your days To reach your purpose and your goals You You You You You You You As you have seen your highest self You You You You You now merge with your highest good and your highest self And we say our thanks and experience this new readiness within our being You You you With our hand over our heart we now feel the inspiration as we ground back down into our body and the here and now.
