The easiest thing to change in our life is our thoughts.
One thought at a time,
We can change our perspective and our perception of the world.
It's challenging to change anything in the physical space.
We can't change the circumstance or change the actions of someone else,
But we can always change what we're thinking.
So start simple.
Start with changing this thought.
Especially if you observe that this thought is not serving you,
If it's not working for you,
Change it and replace it with something that does.
Create a positive affirmation,
A pep talk in your own mind,
In every moment.
So it's not just a few times a day that you remind yourself to create happiness and love and connection.
It's every moment.
And all you need is a simple change in the focus of this thought.
So reflect on the thought and replace it.
Reflect on how useful it is.
Is it feeding your purpose?
Is it contributing to your happiness?
And once you reflect on it,
If you're not left with a feeling that that thought was propelling you to greatness,
Then try to replace it with a thought that does.
What's the point of all these thoughts in our head if we're not putting them to work for us?
So make an effort today to reflect and replace.
Reflect on the quality of the thought,
And if the quality is not up to standard,
Replace it with a thought that is.
The easiest thing in this life is to change our thoughts.
So reflect and replace as necessary.
