Join me on this journey of meeting your highest self! We will first begin by going into a deep state of relaxation through the use of our breath and then shifting into a body scan and release. We will then meet with our highest selves and will have the space and ability to receive any wisdom, insights, or clarity they have to offer us today. Enjoy!

Hello and welcome to your guided meditation where we will be meeting your highest self.

Thank you so much for being here with me today and I look forward to us sharing this space and time together.

And to begin I invite you to take a position that feels most comfortable to your body today.

That might be sitting or lying down,

Just trusting that whatever your body is showing you that you need that that is the best position for you to be in.

And taking a few moments to make any adjustments you might need to,

Eliminating any distractions,

Whatever you can do to really set the stage to be able to focus inwards and be as present as possible with your highest self today.

And once you find that position of comfort,

Gently closing your eyes and bringing your attention to your breath.

And we'll take three rounds of nice soothing inhales and exhalations.

Begin by taking a deep breath in through the nose and slowly exhaling out through the mouth.

Take another deep breath in through the nose and slowly exhaling out through the mouth.

Taking one last deep breath in through the nose and slowly exhale out through the mouth,

Allowing your breath to return to its normal flow.

Bringing your attention now to the very top of your head.

And once your attention is there,

You begin to notice a warm relaxation forming at that top of your head.

Noticing as it starts to flow down into your forehead,

Down into your eyes and your ears,

Down into your cheeks and your mouth,

Down your back of your head and down your neck.

Flowing across your chest and your shoulders,

Really allowing any tension you might be carrying there to be released.

Flowing all the way down your arms into your hands and fingertips.

Flowing down your back and your stomach.

Flowing downward through your shoulders.

Flowing downwards into your pelvis and your hips.

Continuing to flow all the way down your legs,

Your feet and out through the very tips of your toes.

Once every aspect of your being is engulfed in this warm,

Relaxing sensation,

Being present with how that feels for a few moments.

Taking a deep breath in,

Inhaling clarity and peace from the sensation.

And slowly exhaling any stress,

Tension,

Whatever's no longer serving you.

Letting that light around you receive it and take it from you,

Knowing that you no longer have to carry those things.

And now noticing that you are moving into a beautiful,

Serene place that feels so relaxing and safe to you in this moment.

It might be a beautiful forest,

A relaxing beach with waves gently rushing up against the sand.

It's really wherever feels most comfortable and safe.

Relaxing and like you're being called to in this moment.

Trusting wherever that place is for you is where you're meant to be today.

And just spending a few moments here,

Really noticing all the different sensations and elements that signal to your body that you're here.

Maybe it's certain sights.

Maybe it's things that you hear.

Maybe it's specific scents that are associated with this serene,

Beautiful place.

Maybe you notice the warmth of the sun or a cool breeze on your skin.

Or maybe you notice the comfort of a warm blanket that you're wrapped in if you're somewhere that is a bit on the cooler side.

And just spending a few moments really heightening all those aspects,

Letting the safety and the sereneness sink into every cell of your body in this moment.

And as you continue to look around this place,

You notice the start of a path not too far from you.

And you feel called to walk over there,

Not too far from you.

And you feel called to walk over there and begin to walk along this path.

You know this path is safe,

So you feel a sense of confidence.

You move with ease and slowness.

No need to rush here.

With each step that you take,

You feel grounded and peaceful,

Connecting with the earth below you.

You continue to walk further and further along this path,

Noticing the different elements around you.

Maybe there are new sights or sounds or scents.

And as you continue to make your way along this path,

You start to feel excitement as you notice a sensation that tells you that you are approaching a very special and sacred meeting place.

And as that sensation pops up for you,

You look ahead and see a clearing just a little bit further down the path.

You continue to walk towards it and notice that you are at the beginning of this clearing.

You notice a beautiful radiant light right in the middle of it that you feel so called to walk towards.

And not only do you walk towards it,

You enter the light and you are in the presence of your highest self.

The highest self may have an image or it may not.

It may come in the form of a sensation,

A feeling,

A word,

Just really trusting however your highest self is showing up for you in this moment.

That is how it's meant to be for you.

Not judging it,

Not making it good or bad.

It simply is.

And you notice the feeling of the love,

The support,

The wisdom.

And you realize that those feelings are always present within you because this highest self is part of you.

It is who you are at your core.

We sometimes just forget that.

And we're going to spend a few moments here with your highest self.

This is a great time if you have any questions you want to ask,

Any areas of life that you want clarity in,

Maybe feel stuck in,

Or maybe you just want to ask your highest self what kind of insights and wisdom they have to offer you today.

And really trusting that that may come in the form of words or it may not.

It may come in the form of feelings or sensations.

Just trusting that however this wisdom is shared with you in these next few minutes,

That's how it's meant to be.

And I'm going to go quiet for these next few minutes to give you the space and the concentration to be as present as possible with your highest self.

As this time with your highest self comes to a close,

I encourage you to let everything that you were able to gain from this experience permeate into your body,

Really absorbing it and letting it sink in.

Expressing thanks and gratitude to your highest self for being here with you and for sharing your wisdom with you today.

Expressing thanks and gratitude to your highest self for being here with you,

Everything I had to offer you.

And noticing how that feeling of gratitude really expands across your heart space.

And noticing how not only does your highest self but also the light around you in this moment merge into the very center of your chest,

Your heart space.

So you can trust and know that this is always present within you.

I'm just spending a few moments allowing all of that to sink in.

And now walking back to the path that you entered on.

Feeling the sense of wisdom and security carried with you as you continue to make your way back to the serene place that originally brought you here today.

You can slowly bring your attention back to the space around you.

You can take a deep breath in and slowly exhale it out.

Maybe gently wiggling your fingers and your toes.

And you can slowly open your eyes.

I'm just spending a few moments here thinking about the insights that you gained,

Maybe just noticing how you feel.

And if you have time,

This can be a great time to jot down any of those things you want to keep in mind.
