Find a quiet place to sit or lie down and get comfortable.
Now open your eyes really wide and find a spot to stare at in front of you.
Take a deep inhale,
Really filling up your belly and lungs,
And slowly let the breath go.
Take another deep inhale,
Still staring at the spot in front of you,
And let the breath go.
Take one more deep breath in,
This time allow your eyes to close as you exhale.
Feel your body relaxing into the surface below you,
Letting go of any distracting thoughts.
If you have a distracting thought,
Repeat what I am saying in your mind to bring you back to the present moment.
Now we are going to fully relax your body.
As we move through the body,
Just focus on the body part I am saying and allow it to relax and let go of any tension.
We will begin with the crown of your head.
Any tension you are holding in your temples and forehead is now releasing.
Feel this warm wave of relaxation slowly traveling down your head.
Notice how loose and relaxed your jaw is becoming.
Feel the relaxing sensation going down your neck and into your shoulders.
Feel your shoulders drop as they become more and more relaxed.
Now send that relaxation down your arms and fingers,
Taking your time as you send the Relaxing feeling down your back,
Wrapping around your body like a wonderful hug,
Relaxing your chest,
Relaxing your stomach.
Feel your hips and glutes unwind and melt underneath you.
Finally your thighs,
Calves,
Ankles,
Feet and toes are relaxing.
Take a moment to notice how amazing this feels to take some time for yourself and enjoy it while I am quiet.
Now you will access your subconscious mind.
Your subconscious mind is a place of peace and serenity.
I will count from seven down to one.
When I reach the number one,
You will enter this peaceful place and be deeply relaxed.
Seven.
Down deeper.
Six.
Going down.
Down deeper.
Five.
Drifting down.
Down deeper.
Four.
Halfway there now.
Three.
Deep relaxed.
Two.
Doubling your relaxation.
As you go down to one.
Go ahead and enter your place of serenity and enjoy this experience for a moment.

Stretch your arms and legs and smile.
Take a moment before carrying on with your day.
