If ever there was a time to start afresh, This is it. Bring awareness to your breath. Breathe in fresh cleansing air and breathe out the stale. Allow yourself this precious unhurried time. Relax into the moment and on each exhale let tension and anxiety flow away. This is your time. Allow any thoughts to pass by without holding onto them. Be aware of your inner being, The energy that is you. There is double the new beginnings energy with this new moon phase being in Aries. It's the perfect time to take charge of life, To discover your strength and courage by stepping into something new and innovative or adventurous with figure and strength. View this moon phase as bringing you a blank canvas on which to work your magic with inspiration and intention.
