Hello and thank you for joining me in meditation today.
You may want to have a journal nearby for after this meditation and just make yourself comfortable.
Choose a seated or laying down posture,
Whichever is more relaxing for you,
And gently close your eyes.
Now take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth with a soft sigh.
Another slow,
Deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth with a soft sigh.
One more slow,
Deep breath in and exhale.
Now check in with your body to make sure you are fully relaxed.
Breathe normally as you scan your whole body and be sure to relax your jaw,
Your shoulders,
Your torso,
Your hands,
Your legs,
And your feet.
Now just keep breathing normally and in your mind's eye,
See yourself at the top of an inviting staircase and start slowly going down the stairs to the count of ten.
Ten.
Nine.
Eight.
Seven.
Six.
Five.
Six.
Seven.
Eight.
Nine.
Nine.
Ten.
Ten.
Ten.
Ten.
Ten.
Ten.
Ten.
Ten.
Feel your feet embrace the coolness of the grass.
Feel how soft and delicate it is on your feet.
You notice the sky is clear and blue and rays from the sun gently caress your body,
Filling you with warm waves of energy,
Allowing you to be totally relaxed.
Breathing gently and easily now,
You see tall majestic trees reaching to the warmth and light of the sun.
The leaves and branches sway to and fro in the gentle breeze.
Approaching the trees,
You notice a crystal clear babbling brook.
As you walk alongside the brook,
You hear birds chirping,
Flitting from tree to tree.
The sun's rays shine through the branches,
Directing and guiding you to move further downstream.
You walk around a bend and find yourself arriving at a beautiful waterfall.
Water is cascading and caressing the smooth rocks surrounding the falls,
And a fine,
Delicate mist rises as the water falls to the brook below.
Moving closer,
You notice a pathway under the waterfall.
It looks inviting,
So you move along the path and go under the water.
Feel it pour gently over your body from the top of your head,
Through your body,
And out through your feet.
The water is purifying,
Cleansing,
And refreshing.
The crystal clear warm water cleanses away all old beliefs that no longer serve you,
All blocks,
All fears,
All resentments,
All apprehensions,
And especially washes away all feelings of lack.
Feel these limitations being washed away completely.
Enjoy that feeling of being cleansed,
Of feeling lighter.
See it all dissolve.
You feel very comfortable.
Don't be concerned if you don't see it all now.
It will come.
Now gently step out of the water.
You are warm and comfortable,
And the gentle warm breeze quickly dries you off.
You notice a glow coming from the meadow,
And you walk toward it.
As you get closer,
You see that the glow is emanating from a beautiful handcrafted treasure chest.
Somehow you just know that the treasure chest is yours.
It has been placed there just for you.
You notice that a beautiful gold key has appeared in your hand.
You walk to the treasure chest and unlock it.
Now take a deep breath in and slowly open the lid.
You can hardly believe your eyes,
Everything you have ever desired is inside.
It is a bottomless vessel of infinite abundance,
All for you,
For your loved ones,
For the betterment of your life.
You reach in and savor the treasure,
And you feel such a deep sense of peace,
A deep sense of knowing that this is your birthright.
Take it all in.
All your hopes and dreams are yours for the taking.
You effortlessly carry the chest with you through the meadow after you have picked it up.
You walk until you come to a comfortable bench where you can sit,
Relax,
And dream.
Settle into the bench comfortably and take some more deep cleansing breaths.
Now silently repeat these affirmations.
I release all ideas and beliefs of lack in my life.
I now open myself to receive divine abundance.
I choose and accept a wealth of prosperity into my life now.
I am ready to step into my magnificence.
I am prosperous in health.
I am prosperous in love.
I am prosperous in wealth.
I am worthy to receive all that I desire.
And so it is.
Take a couple of deep breaths.
Gently open your eyes,
And thank you for meditating with me.
And please always remember,
You are magnificent.
You are lovable,
And you are deserving and divine.
