Make sure you're in a comfortable position.

Slowly close your eyes.

And imagine there is a weight that is dropping through your body,

Starting at the top of your head,

Going down through your throat,

Pulling down and down on your shoulders,

Moving through your chest,

Through your abdomen,

Relaxing all of your muscles,

Pulling through your hips,

Through your thighs,

Down into your calves,

Into your feet,

Rooting you deeper and deeper into the ground.

Now we're going to take a slow,

Deep breath through your nose for four seconds.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And hold your breath for a moment.

And then let out a slow,

Deep sigh.

Now you're going to bring your attention to your heart.

In your mind,

You're going to imagine your heart space opening.

And then we're going to breathe into your heart.

Imagine the air that you are inhaling coming into your heart space for four seconds.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And imagine the breath expanding your heart space and then slowly exhaling.

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Drop down all the way down into this heart space,

Allowing all of your attention,

Everything you are sensing and feeling and experiencing to be there in your heart as you are slowly inhaling and exhaling out of your heart space.

Ideally taking these in-breaths and out-breaths through your nose,

Visualizing in your mind the air coming in and out of your heart.

And as you slowly settle into a very methodical,

Natural pace,

Breathing in and out of your heart,

You're going to call to mind a recent time when you felt really good.

The first thing that pops up into your mind is correct.

Allow this experience to play out in your mind as you feel those feel-good feelings from this experience.

Feel them in your body.

Feel them in your heart as they are lighting a light within your heart space,

Infusing the sacred space with energy and love,

A light shining so brightly.

Breathe in to this heart space,

This newly filled energetic space.

Breathe into your feel-good feelings.

Allow yourself to really experience this feeling good in your heart.

Continue visualizing the air,

The breath entering into your heart,

Expanding your heart,

Expanding your feeling-good state.

Allow this to keep expanding.

Allow yourself to continue feeling good as you slowly inhale and exhale from your heart space.

Breathe in to this heart space,

This newly filled energetic space.

Now bring to mind someone or something that you love deeply.

Again,

You're going to trust the first thing that comes up for you.

Hold this person or thing in your mind as you breathe in that love into your heart.

Then you can place this person or thing into your heart as you continue breathing in and out through your heart space,

Expanding and feeling that deep,

Deep love.

Slowly inhaling into your heart and allowing that bright light of love to infuse with your breath and expand that space.

As you continue inhaling and exhaling,

Feeling and experiencing the deep love in your heart.

As you continue inhaling and exhaling through your heart space,

You're going to feel the energy of your heart space.

Recognize and feel that you are loved,

That you are powerful,

That you are free.

And now think of something that you are grateful for and allow that feeling of gratitude to further infuse the energy within your heart space,

Further expanding that light,

Activating your strength,

Power,

And resilience as you feel grateful for all that you have,

All that you are.

Feel the gratitude for this person or thing within your heart.

Take a slow,

Deep breath into that heart space for one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

And holding it there for a moment and then slowly exhaling out of your heart space.

Then just slowly raising your hands and putting your hands over your heart.

As you breathe in and out of your heart,

Either whispering or in your mind,

Just saying thank you to your heart,

Anchoring these good feelings into your heart and knowing that you can come back to this feeling at any time.

Now allowing a slight smile to come to your face,

Slowly blink your eyes open.
