On the out-breath a purging and releasing of lower energies from 3D matrix back to the light back to the universe.

More space in your energy field.

On the in-breath light from the horizon.

The great star nations star light into the organs and systems of your body.

And on the out-breath a purging and releasing of all lower energies back to the light.

And I call your team in spirit of the highest light and resonance,

Beginning in the east with Raphael Archangel of Air.

And to the south is Michael Archangel of Fire.

The symbol of this archangel is a sword of flaming blue light.

And the energy electric blue fire.

Invoking that fire into your field to hold the space.

And again Michael is usually seen as a masculine angel.

Also calling the feminine counterpart of this angel to hold the space.

And breathe and open.

And to the west Gabriel Archangel of Water.

The symbol a silver chalice or cup.

The energy diamond white fire.

Invoking that fire into your field to hold the space to cleanse the space.

And this angel is usually seen primarily as a feminine angel.

Also invoking the masculine counterpart of this angel to hold the space.

And breathe and to the north Uriel Archangel of Earth.

The symbol of this angel a golden pentacle a five pointed star in the circle of light.

And the energy ruby red fire.

As you focus on the symbol invoking that angels energy into the field to hold the space.

And this angel is often seen as a feminine angel.

Invoking also the masculine counterpart of that angel to hold the space.

Four directions.

Angels holding the horizontal space.

The masculine and feminine energies of each direction holding the space.

And let's call Metatron from the great central sun.

To bring down that light golden white light.

That grid down into the space the structure you're in.

Down into the walls the floor.

The ceiling the door the windows into all objects.

Closing the space off.

And bring that energy down through the body to the heart that opens.

Anchoring that grid of light in the heart.

Allow chakras in the heart upwards to align with the great central sun.

And the counterpart of Metatron is Sandalphon in the crystalline grid of the earth.

And survive that angel to bring that grid up.

The space you're in.
