In this transmission, you are invited to invoke a triangular force of energy within you. The top point, around the crown is your Higher Self. One of the lower points of the triangle holds the energy of your inner critical voice. The other lower point holds the energy of your inner child that is part of your vulnerability. Both energies invoked into the lower two points have energetic threads into different parts of your body, mind and energy fields. We then tune into the inner critic, with all of its judgments and critiques about you and your life. We call upon Archangel Raphael and the angels of peace to transmit a white-green angelic light into the core of its energy. As this is happening, call the inner child to enter the third point of the triangle. We then call upon Archangel Gabriel and angels of love to transmit a white-gold-pink angelic light into your heart and lower chakras, anywhere in your body and energy fields you feel this child self present in you.

Welcome, To healing and upgrading the inner critic transmission. Sitting comfortably and as always open body, Open mind. Focusing on the breath. Allowing this focus to still the mind and bring you to your own centre. The in-breath is the invitation of light into the physical body. Light from the sun and stars around you. Light into the bones and blood, Organs and systems, Cells and DNA of your body. Anywhere you are holding energy that does not serve you, Belong to you or align with you on the out-breath. Purge and release sending it back to the horizon, Back to the universe. Allowing more space for more of your own soul's light in the physical body. Following that cycle of breath. Again the in-breath is the invitation of light, This time into your energy fields. The etheric body, Emotional body, Lower mental body, Astral body, All layers of the aura. Anywhere you are holding energy that does not serve you, Belong to you or align with you on the out-breath. Purge and release sending it back to the horizon, Back to the universe. Allowing more space for more of your soul's light in your energy fields. And following that cycle of breath as I call to you now, Your teams in spirit of the highest light and resonance. You may sense this as an expansion of light, An openness, A sense of warmth, A shift in vibration. Let's call now to the archangels holding the horizontal plane. To the east is Raphael, Archangel of air. This angel holds a crystal wand. Around the angel is Emerald Green Fire, Inviting that angel to be present into the space. To the south is Michael, Archangel of the element of fire. In his hands is a sword of flaming blue light. Around the angel electric blue fire, Inviting that angel into the space. To the west is Gabriel, Archangel of water. This angel holds a silver chalice. Around the angel Diamond White Fire, Inviting this angel into the space. To the north is Uriel, Archangel of earth. In his hands is a golden pentacle. Around the angel Ruby Red Fire, Inviting this angel into the space. Around you four archangels, Just open. Let's call the archangels holding the vertical plane. And we begin with Metatron, Who holds the Christ grid, A fluid field of white gold light. Inviting that angel to bring the grid down into the earth plane, This earth plane. Down into the structure you are in, The building you are in. Allowing white gold light to infuse the walls around you, The floor beneath your feet, The ceiling above your head, The door and windows around you. Infusing all of the objects in your space. Allow this grid of light to infuse and merge with your heart. All 12 layers and levels. Let's call to Sandaphone of the crystalline grid of the earth below to bring up that crystalline grid of ethereal white light up to the feet. Bringing that light up like a rising tide up to the pelvic floor. Bringing that light up through the torso to the heart. Merging with the heart, All 12 layers and levels. There are six archangels around you holding the space, Just open and breathe. Into the space I also invite angels of peace. Angels of light, Angels of love. I want you to imagine for a moment a great triangle of light around you. The top point at the head. The bottom point somewhere around the torso. One point to the left, One point to the right. Invite your higher self to be present in this triangle around the crown centre. Just feeling a golden sphere of light around your crown holding the top point of the triangle. The two lower points represent on the one hand your inner child, Your inner vulnerability. And on the other hand your inner critical voice, Inner judgmental voice. Let's invite now your inner critic and all of its mental yamayama, All of its judgments, All of its critiques about you, About you and your life, To occupy one of the bottom points of the triangle. As you invite in this ego self, Notice how the vibration changes in your body as that self begins to occupy one of the lower points. Inviting in the inner critic and noticing the density of the energy. If there's any movement of the energy. Noticing the colour of the energy as you invite it in to the triangle of light. You may also begin to connect with the tone and volume of the energy. You may also begin to connect with the tone and volume of the critical voice. This is the part of you that has internalised all the critical voices you have experienced growing up in your childhood, Adolescent years and perhaps your young adult years. Critical parents, Critical family members, Critical teachers, Critical bosses, Critical colleagues and so on. Welcome this part, This energy. It is trying to do a job for you, A job of protection in its own way. Even if that way feels unpleasant to you. Its main job is to protect your inner vulnerability from the world. But the way it does this also tends to keep your inner child quite distant and hidden from your conscious mind and the world. It does this because it believes the inner child is a source of embarrassment, A source of shame, Perhaps a source of humiliation. Take a moment to tune into the energy of the critic. To tune in and embrace its worst judgements about you. Just embracing the energy of this part, Perhaps the heaviness of the part, The lower density vibration of the part. And then begin to speak mentally to this part, Thanking it for its service of protecting you. Though you wish the manner of this service to change. You no longer need its judgmental voice, Its controlling, Manipulating voice. Manipulating how you should be in the world. Call in now Archangel Raphael of air. Angels of light, Angels of peace. Together to transmit a white green angelic light into this point of the triangle. Infusing the density of this point, This energy with light. A beautiful radiant intense white green light into the core of the energy. Allow transmission also into your mind. Anywhere in your body and energy fields you feel this critical voice active in you. I call on your higher self to assist Raphael and angels of peace and light. To send light into the throat chakra all layers and levels. To begin to clear and upgrade any critical energy hanging out there. Shifting and softening the inner critic. Softening the voice, The tone, The volume. Also I call on your higher self to assist Archangel Raphael, Angels of peace and light. To send light into the solar plexus chakra all layers and levels. To clear and upgrade any critical energy hanging out there. Again allowing an infusion of more softness, More light into the critical voices. Shifting them, Changing the volume of the voices, Changing the tone, Softening the tone. As this transmission is going deep into the inner critic, Shifting it, Changing it. Tell it you wish to give it a new role. Rather than critiquing you, Rather than protecting the inner child. You wish it to make you more aware of potential issues and problems in your reality. Making you aware of potential problems in your reality. Pitfalls of choices of paths. But also to offer possible solutions, Ways around any pitfall, Any problem. In this way you are asking the critic to become more solution focused. Much more than problem focused. Allowing this transmission of light to go deep into the critic. Shifting it. Calling on your higher self to assist the critic to make a shift in identity, A shift in volume, A shift in tone. Shifting the critical voices from noticing flaws and faults. To instead pointing out potential solutions, Possibilities. In this way making the critic a more helpful ally. So focusing on two points of the triangle. One golden at the top, Higher self. And one at the bottom, A shifting of light. As a more powerful white green light goes into the critic. On one of the lower points of the triangle. As all of this is happening, Invite your inner child to the third point of the triangle. Perhaps it may feel shy at first, But invite the inner child into that third point. Notice the colour and feel and vibration of the child as it occupies the third point of the triangle. Explain to the inner child that the parental inner critic is going through an upgrade. So do not be afraid. Call on Archangel Gabriel, Angels of light and angels of love. To transmit a white gold pink angelic light into this lower point. Allowing the inner child to feel more expanded, More protected. Not by the critic, But by angelic light. I call on this light also to infuse your heart and lower chakras. Anywhere in your energy fields and body, You feel the child self present in you. Or anywhere you sense the child self wishes to be more present in you. So just breathing and opening, Allowing this transmission to continue. Sensing the gold light at the top point of the triangle. Sensing the inner critic being upgraded in white green in one of the lower points. Sensing the inner child being protected more by angelic white gold pink light on the other lower point of the triangle. I invite your higher self at the top of the triangle to begin to expand gold light down into both the inner critic more powerfully and also down into the inner child. Connecting all three points of the triangle in golden light. Enabling all three points to interrelate more cleanly, More peacefully, More harmoniously with each other. And just breathing, Allowing the transmission to continue in your body and energy fields, Also in your mind chakra system. Allow the whole triangle to begin to intensify in golden light. As this happens, Thank your inner critic for shifting and serving you in a different way. Thank your inner child for being present. Invite more of its innocence, Creativity, Playfulness and magic into your world as it wishes to do so. Allow the inner critic and the child self to be released. Just feeling the golden light at the top of the triangle and allowing that energy to be released.
