Welcome to this super quick gold,

Citrine and solar shield meditation.

And this meditation is designed to protect you from psychic interference or attack from an individual or a group.

And to begin this meditation open body,

And with your breath inviting light from the universe around you,

From the star nation,

360 degrees on the in breath into your body of bone and blood and cells,

Light into the cells.

Anywhere you are holding lower energies from the 3D world around you,

Surrender and release back to light on the out breath,

Surrendering it back to the light.

Allowing more of your own natural souls light into the body.

And again taking a breath of light into the body,

The invitation of light on the in breath.

Into the bones,

Blood,

Cells,

Organs and systems of your body.

Anywhere you are holding lower energies on the out breath,

Purge and release sending it back to the light,

Back to the horizon.

Again allowing more space in your energy field.

And a final breath inviting light into your energy fields,

Into the chakra system,

Crown to base,

Into the aura around you.

Light.

Anywhere you are holding lower energies in your auric field or the chakra system,

Surrender on the out breath back to the universe,

Back to the light.

Inviting that fire into your field to hold the space,

And to the south is Gabriel,

The dream time.

The energy diamond white fire.

Inviting that fire into the space to hold the space.

The fourth angel completing the circle is Uriel,

Archangel of the north,

Archangel of earth,

Of structure and form.

The symbol of this angel,

A golden pentacle.

The energy ruby red fire.

Inviting that fire into the space to hold the space.

Four angels,

Four energies and open.

And breathe and open,

Allowing an expansion of light in your field.

And let's call the vertical force angels,

Beginning with Metatron of the above space.

Calling light down from the great central sun,

The Christ grid,

Down through the stargate of our sun.

Down into the structure around you,

The walls around you,

The floor beneath your feet,

The ceiling above your head,

The door and window.

Closing off the space.

Let's invite Sanofon from the crystalline grid of the earth to invite that light up,

Diamond white light up.

To the space,

The room.

To the feet grounding you into the earth.

Filling the whole space around you held by light from the earth,

The crystalline grid of the earth and light from the great central sun.

And just open the inner channel,

Feeling a flow of these energies from the sun down through your field,

Down into the earth.

And from the earth flowing light up in your field and up towards the sun,

The heavens.

Let's invite one person or a group you have a difficulty with,

Perhaps psychic attack or psychic interference.

Call that person and their higher selves or call that group and their higher selves.

And just get a feel of the energy between you.

The density of the energy between you.

And let's ask Archangel Gabriel to produce a waterfall of light,

Diamond white light between you and this group washing away all energies around you,

Between you.

Washing away all energies of a lower nature.

Cleansing your field,

Your auric field of any projected energies.

And breathe and open and in this waterfall of light let's ask to seal any tears or rips in your energy field because of any psychic interference.

Sealing it in diamond white light.

And as this is happening,

Notice whether this person or group are very close to you or far away,

Energetically,

Whether they feel close or far away.

If they feel close,

Tell them they have no permission to be so close.

To step away from your field.

To step back several paces.

And if they do so,

You will feel lighter and lighter.

And let's ask your higher self and angels to begin to produce a golden disk,

A flat disk several feet across,

Six or several feet across.

Calling that energy from the earth,

From the crystalline grid.

A great disk of gold,

Metal.

Just allow that disk to form.

And as it forms,

Reach out to it as if you can hold it.

And just gently turn it clockwise so that it clicks and locks into place.

And let's invite a flat disk of golden citrine crystal at the back of this golden disk.

Forming from the earth,

Golden citrine crystal at the back of the gold.

Watching it form now.

As it begins to form and solidify,

Reach out to that disk.

As if you can turn it slightly clockwise,

Locking it,

Clicking it into place.

A gold disk and a disk of golden citrine crystal behind that gold.

And let's ask the angels to put a layer of golden citrine crystal at the front of the golden disk,

At the front.

Allowing that golden citrine to form.

Feeling it,

Sensing it,

Solidifying on the other side of the golden layer.

And when you're ready,

Reach out as if you can hold that disk from around the side of the shield and just turning it slightly clockwise,

Clicking it into place.

So the shield has three layers.

In the middle,

Gold,

Metallic gold.

At the back,

Golden citrine crystal.

At the front,

Golden citrine crystal.

And finally,

Let's ask archangels from the great central sun to create a layer of fire,

Solar fire from the great central sun.

In front of this shield.

Slightly in front of the shield,

Slightly away from the golden citrine crystal layer.

Feeling,

Sensing that layer of fire forming that will burn all lower energies coming towards you,

Burning it.

The layers behind that fire repelling lower energies.

But the whole shield designed to allow in higher frequency energies.

Just breathe,

Allow the whole shield to form in front of you.

And in this meditation,

You may need to come back and just put some energy into the shield,

Making sure it's sustained.

Perhaps on a daily basis or perhaps every few days,

Depending on the intensity of the interference.

And breathe,

Just allowing the shield to be completed,

To be completed.

Putting more energy into the shield,

Giving it more power.

The core of it gold,

The two outer layers,

Golden citrine crystal.

And at the front,

Fire from the great central sun,

Burning and repelling all lower energies.

And then release the person or group on the other side,

But maintaining the shield between you and them.

Just focusing on this one shield.

Let's replicate the shield to the back of your energy field.

Just creating that shield at the back of your body,

Back of your energy field.

Just bouncing off anything coming from the back,

Generally from the 3D matrix.

And place the shield to the side left and right,

Bouncing off anything coming generally at you from the 3D matrix.

And also one above the head,

Bouncing off any energies coming down from the above space.

Any radiation,

Perhaps satellite energies.

And feel lighter,

More expansive with this protection.
