On the in-breath the invitation of light into every cell of the body.

And anywhere you're holding lower toxic energies in the body.
On the out-breath surrender it to the horizon.
The lower energies back to the universe on the out-breath.
Allowing a space for more light to fill you.
And following that cycle of breath.
Light into the bones of the body or joints or vertebrae.
Anywhere you're holding lower energies in the skeletal system on the out-breath.
Just purge and release back to the light.
And following that cycle of breath.
Inviting light into all organs and systems of the body.
And anywhere you're holding lower energies purge on the out-breath.
Allowing a space for more light within you.
And following that cycle of breath I call your team and spirit of the highest light and resonant your higher self.
Your iron presence.
All angels and archangels.
Palladian angels.
All star beings,
Star races.
Palladian specialist teams.
Palladian light ships.
Or Elohim,
Seraphim can be with you now.
And feel the shift.
And we call the archangels of the horizontal plane.
Beginning in the east with Raphael.
Archangel of the mind of air.
The symbol the caduceus and the energy of this angel is emerald green fire.
Calling that fire with your focus and intention and breath into the field to hold the space.
And the south is Michael archangel of the element of fire.
The symbol of this angel is a flaming sword of light.
The energy electric blue fire.
Invite that energy now into your field to hold the space.
To protect the space.
To contain the space.

And to the west Gabriel archangel of water.
The symbol a silver chalice the energy diamond white fire.
With your focus intention and breath invite that angel into the space.
To hold the space to contain the space to protect the space.
And breathe and open three angels three energies.
The fourth angel is Uriel of the north of earth.
Symbol a golden pentacle.
And the energy ruby red fire.
Calling that angel to complete the circle.
And open and open.
And the above space metatron archangel of the great central sun.
The symbol a golden infinity sign.
The energy is the grid a golden white grid through the stargate of our sun.
As you focus on that symbol invite that grid down into the space down into the room.
Cleansing the room sealing the room.
The walls the floor the ceiling the door the windows.
Allowing the space to be filled with this light.
And to the below space held by the archangel sandathon.
The diamond white crystalline grid.
The symbol of this angel is a white rose.
As you focus on that symbol inviting the diamond white crystalline grid up into the space up into the space.
Filling the space.
And anchoring the grid through the feet.
Feeling your connection to the earth through the feet.
And breathe and open six angels six energies.
And I ask for an intensification of the ascension grid with metatron.
To intensify now this golden white grid through the stargate of our sun.
Filling the light around you within you.
And that grid extends beyond the space you're in beyond the space you're in.
Extends around the planet.
Above the planet.
Feeling that grid.
Feeling your connection to the whole planet through this grid.
And I call now Pleiadian light ships through the grid to begin to appear.
And there are many light ships around the planet.
We're focusing on the Pleiadian light ships.
And on these ships are many masters and beings and teams working with Pleiadian starseeds on the planet.
Feel your connection to these beings.
I also call around you Pleiadian masters of light.
Pleiadian angels and archangels.
Come into the space.
And they begin to work on your energy field to create a bubble of Pleiadian light around you and within you.
And a beautiful light of many subtle colours.
Anchoring this light into the heart.
This light is there to protect you and support you and help break up any interference from the matrix.
Feel the creation of this bubble of light around you.
Allowing that light to be intensified layer by layer.
Blocking the lower energies of the matrix around you.
Allowing in the higher light repelling the lower.
As you breathe you can find that you can connect with this bubble and move the energy expanding it where you need to expand it.
Bring it out into your space.
You can also pull it in to be an intense layer around you.
And Pleiadian masters and angels begin a transmission of light codes into your field.
A transmission of light codes.
Reminding you of your star seed origins.
That transmission going deep into your energy field to the body.
Into the energetic layers of your aura.
To the emotional field to the heart.

I ask your higher self to assist you in balancing and integrating all these light codes to the highest and best effect.
Allowing these light codes to align all of your energy bodies.
To touch all of your chakras and meridians,

Allowing these light codes to go deep into the DNA and RNA.
The subatomic layers of your body.
Allowing these codes however they appear whether mathematical or geometric or light or colour or sound or light language or other.
To integrate and ground into every layer and level of your being.

Allowing these codes to raise the frequency of your nervous and hormonal systems.
