The Secret Garden Meditation: Opening To The Magical Child

Welcome to this entering the secret garden meditation.

And this meditation is designed to open the way for any inner child aspects that feel locked out of the garden.

And this garden represents the magic and wonder of the universe that is within you.

The garden also represents qualities you inherently possess but have somehow been blocked.

And these qualities cannot be easily found or accessed while living in a low vibe 3D world.

So open body open mind and focusing on the breath.

The in-breath is always the invitation of light from the universe around you 360 degrees,

Light from the horizon into the cells,

Bones and blood of the body.

Anywhere you are holding low frequency energies on the out-breath surrender back to the light,

Surrender back to the universe.

Allowing more light more space in your field.

The in-breath light into the etheric body,

The chakra system.

From crown to base.

Where you are holding lower energies in any of the centres on the out-breath give permission to release all of this back to the universe.

Allowing more light into the chakra system from crown to base.

And the in-breath light into the emotional body.

Anywhere you are holding lower energies from other people or the collective.

Surrender and release on the out-breath.

Sending it back to the light.

Allowing more fluidity in your emotional body.

And the final breath light into the mental body.

A fluid field of energy around all of your fields and within all of your fields.

Anywhere you are holding thoughts or beliefs or ideas or stories that do not belong to you or judgements.

On the out-breath purging and releasing back to the horizon.

Allowing more fluidity into the mental body.

Open mind as I call your team in spirit of the highest light and resonance.

Beginning with Metatron Archangel of the Great Central Sun.

To bring that light down into the structure of the building you're in.

The windows in the space,

Closing off the space.

Invite that grid of light down through your body,

Embrace yourself as the adult self,

And you've come to let them into the garden.

A garden that had been locked out for so long.

Send the key to the gate,

Whether around your neck or in the pocket.

And open the gate.

And as you push the gate,

This old rusty gate,

Allowing the space for the child or your child selves into the garden.

Instead,

Make the most of the built-in garden.

This garden is their birthright.

And the child self or child selves begin to notice the beauty of the garden,

The flowers,

The butterflies,

Perhaps small animals.

Slowly but surely they get more confident to explore by themselves.

Follow the child or child selves into the garden.

And the garden has many elementals,

Flower elementals and tree elementals and other elementals.

Some of these beings are very tall,

The tree elementals are huge.

And deeper into the garden there are mythical beings,

Fairy races.

Perhaps a child would want to meet some of these beings.
