I invite you to get really comfortable,
Ideally lying down on your back,
Placing one hand on your heart and your other hand on your belly button,
Letting your shoulders unwind,
Letting your hips sink in to the space that's supporting you,
And as we settle into the space,
We can settle in to our skin,
And no matter what's going on in the body,
Emotionally,
Mentally,
We build the inner strength and open the perception of I'm safe,
And even knowing I'm okay,
Also knowing it's okay to not feel okay,
Allow yourself to sink in and build the inner structure and the daily routine of self-care and self-love,
And slow,
Embracing the emotion and the tension with your breath,
As you begin to softly let go,
Allowing your breath to rush in to the sadness,
Like a loving grandmother,
Pulling you close to her chest,
Following the breath deeper,
The air flow to the first chamber,
All tension,
Healing,
All the stressors you're connected to,
Financially,
Within society,
Cutting those three cords into the next chamber,
And receiving a layer deeper from your present relationships,
Breathing,
Receiving,
And establishing new connections with all of them,
With pure life force,
Effortlessly reconnecting with the community,
Those at work,
And your family,
Breathing deep and slow,
As your heart opens wider,
Inviting into the next chamber,
Following the flow deeper,
Of all the old tension,
Releasing the story from your family of origin,
I allow the air flow,
The pages from the old story about mom,
Siblings,
Extended family,
And me,
Our souls are free,
Breathing deep and slow,
Letting go,
As you invite into the final chamber,
Breathing,
And receiving it in,
Right,
Unlocking,
And releasing all the old,
Generational,
And ancestral tension,
Inside your body,
By loving it,
Unconditionally,
Merging all that is tight,
With the open heart of God,
And divine light,
Melting tension,
In every direction,
Your pure consciousness,
Of your skin,
And receiving God's self-energy,
Connecting with the part of you,
Throughout eternity,
Is remembering the way,
To this peaceful,
Inner place,
Touching the tension,
Breathing deep and slow,
And remembering to say,
I'm okay,
I'm okay,
I am okay,
And starting to wiggle your fingers,
And your toes,
Your ankles,
And your wrists,
Your knees,
And your elbows,
Your shoulders,
And your neck,
And open up your eyes when you're ready.
