Hello,

This is A.

Le Fay of Sylvanosity and tonight I invite you to relax with me under the moon and prepare for a deep,

Renewing and restful sleep.

Take a moment,

Imagine a beautiful white petalled moonflower and now imagine your body becoming this moonflower as it opens in the moonlight very evening.

Imagine your feet emerging as the petals spread.

Allow your feet to open and relax.

Allow your legs to open and relax.

Allow your torso to open and relax.

If you're holding any tension in your stomach,

Allow it to open and relax.

Moving into your shoulders,

Allow them to open and relax.

Like the petals of a moonflower opening to receive moonlight,

A reflection of the sun that is to come in the morning.

Now we're relaxing,

Our hands open and relax.

The tension in our neck released as we open and relax.

In the center of this flower are our hearts and minds.

Prepare our hearts first.

Listen to the rhythms of our bodies for a moment,

Breathing deeply,

Releasing slowly and fully so we can open and relax.

As we do so,

Allow the worries that weigh upon our minds to become the petals that are released this night that float off into the distance.

As the petals in this flower are grown anew from the center,

These new petals are thoughts of peace,

Thoughts of positivity,

Thoughts of creativity that allows us to guide our dreams as we go into sleep.

But first,

We must quiet our thoughts.

Allow the thoughts that we have to grow still and soft and affirming.

If there is a worry,

Pull it softly free from your flower and allow it to float away from you.

If there is a concern,

Then turn it over to the other silky side of the petal.

Allow it to become a blessing,

A wish,

A prayer for the night to come into full bloom in the morning as in the morning glory.

Now,

Allow our thoughts to still,

To thin,

To widen as our creativity opens and expands.

Take a moment to remember something that fills you with a sense of contentment.

Whatever it may be,

Picture it.

Hold that image in your mind.

Step into that world,

Your body light,

Airy,

Calm,

Free,

Relaxed.

Travel in this place you have imagined.

Notice that which calms you.

Notice that which brings you a sense of peace.

Focus on feeling light,

Relaxed,

At peace.

If any worries crop up,

Imagine them as a silky white petal,

As soft and light as pulled cotton.

Pluck it from this moonflower and let it float free.

If there is a concern,

Turn it over,

Allow it to become a blessing,

An affirmation,

Or a prayer.

Release it into the morning,

That it may open and bloom in the morning light of the morning glory.

Return now to that world you have imagined,

Or perhaps it's time to picture a door,

A door that is no more than a wisp,

An image,

A memory.

Open it freely and let it float from your fingertips.

As you enter a new world,

You imagine one you love,

Where you feel loved,

Affirmed,

Quiet,

Cozy,

Warm,

Relaxed,

And ready to sleep.

Here I invite you to go deeper,

Quieter,

And to release.

Deep breath in,

Deep breath out.

Soon you'll become nothing more than petals afloat,

Where you will drift into a dreamy sleep,

Where you are peaceful,

Restful,

Wrapped in a sense of comfort,

In a sense of relaxation,

With a sensation of continuation,

Expansion,

Creativity.

I invite you to reside here and listen to your inner thoughts.

Notice your breathing and relax.

Relax.

Rest now.

Don't tell morning,

Where you can rise with blessing and affirmation.

Spreading your petals has a morning glory in the beautiful sun and possibility of tomorrow.

This has been a lefay of Sylvanosity.

Blessings.

As sound therapist,

I invite you to join our conference.
