Accompanied by soft birdsong, we'll be taking a few minutes to start off your day with some peace and gentle awareness of your body and your breath. There's a little guided breathing, a little focus on the feeling of your body, and then you choose an intention to take out into your day. You can do this from any position, and (although there's a suggestion to move your hand to your chest), it doesn't require any specific movements. Engage with it through positions, movements, and intensities that feel right to you and your body today. Although it's very gentle, if you find it distressing to tune into an awareness of your chest or of being in your body, this may not be the best track for you right now. It's ok to listen to how you're feeling today, and to avoid things that would be upsetting.
