Use your imagination and picture in your mind's eye a beautiful golden light surrounding you.
This light surrounds your body and you are safe and protected in this light.
Bring your awareness to your breath and as you inhale take in this beautiful healing light.
As you exhale let go of anything that does not serve your greatest and highest good.
Connect with your physical body and imagine any tension or pain floating away.
Acknowledge your thoughts,
Continue to breathe,
And listen to the healing sounds of the music.
