
Kids Anti-Anxiety Affirmations: Reduce Worry & Enhance Calm
This meditation track helps kids reduce everyday anxiety and worry. It can be practiced with their eyes open or closed and is particularly helpful for children who tend to overthink, take things too seriously, or are experiencing big emotions.
