Welcome to this Yoga Nidra Bunny's Bedtime.
Little bunny lies down in a cozy bed in the great green room where dreams are spread.
Beside her a lady rocks in her chair knitting with needles so quiet so fair.
Close your eyes now,
Take a breath deep in through the nose,
Out soft like sleep.
Gentle breath in,
Gentle breath out,
Releasing all wriggles,
All worries,
All doubt.
Now can you see the room inside your mind?
A telephone waiting,
A red balloon kind,
A cow jumps high over the moon,
Three bears on chairs in the gentle gloom,
Two little kittens with mittens to wear,
All tucked in cozy with love everywhere.
Can you taste the sweetness of a warm mushy bowl or smell the logs glowing making hearts whole?
Can you feel the pillow so soft so low or the blanket that wraps you in a gentle glow?
Can you hear the needles clicking in time or the steady old clock with its soft gentle chime?
The kittens are purring in dreamland deep,
Peaceful and calm in their gentle sleep.
Goodnight moon,
The lady says low.
Moonlight shines where soft dreams flow from bunny's head to shoulders down to arms and hands where fingers crown.
She turns off the light,
The stars now gleam,
Sprinkling star dusts into the dream.
They twinkle gently on bunny's chest,
Tummy,
Legs,
Feet at rest.
All the toes begin to doze wrapped in silver starry glows.
Goodnight to the cool air drifting outside.
Goodnight to the warm space where you reside.
Goodnight to the silence.
Goodnight to the sound.
Goodnight to the stoners all around.
