To begin,
Find a quiet,
Comfortable place to relax,
Bringing your body into a position that is most comfortable for you.
Once there,
Close your eyes and begin to be one with your breath,
Breathing in and breathing out at your comfortable pace.
As you become more and more centered in this beautiful moment of meditation,
Simply continue breathing and begin to bring your attention to your heart center.
Imagine a warm,
Pink light beginning to glow at the center of your chest,
Gently radiating as you take each new breath in and out.
This warm,
Pink light is continuing to glow,
Wider and wider,
Spreading love and kindness throughout your body.
As you continue to breathe,
Feeling the warmth of the pink light spreading through your torso,
Out to your limbs,
Reaching the feet and hands,
Coming up your neck,
Through your head.
Warm,
Loving,
Pink,
Soothing light.
Breathing in love,
Breathing out love.
As you breathe love in and out,
Begin to repeat to yourself,
I am worthy of love.
And now,
As you continue breathing,
Basking in this beautiful,
Warm,
Pink light of love,
Add this phrase,
I am worthy of love.
As you bask in this phenomenal love,
Warm,
Pink,
Glowing throughout your body,
And as you affirm,
I am enough,
I am worthy of love,
Begin to remember all the things and people you love dearly.
And take that love,
That joyous,
Accepting,
Understanding,
Positive,
Grateful,
Pure love,
And radiate it back to yourself.
This love is with you always.
Breathe it in,
Breathe it out,
And hold it deep inside.
As you slowly bring your focus back to this present moment,
