
Sacred Place
If you have chosen a technique that requires you to remain seated for a while, make yourself comfortable, on the floor with or without a cushion or in a chair. Take off your shoes, put on comfortable clothes and forget about your worries! Cut yourself off from the world for an hour a day. Your "retreat" is a sacred place. It is good for the body and the mind to be isolated for an hour a day.
