All we're gonna do is sit and be with the experience of whatever arises for five minutes.

Go ahead and take a comfortable posture and let's begin.

Feel the breath in the body.
Feel the sensations that arise,
Whether that's touch,
Sight,
Sound,
Smell,
Whatever it is that shows up,
Whatever thoughts that arise.
We're not going to do anything.
It's that feeling of not knowing what to do.
It's about this subtle anxiety,
Feeling like we have to know what to do.
Right now,
Just let that all go.
We're here for a few minutes together to just do nothing together.
Just let the mind,
Let the body be as it is.
As thoughts come and go,
We don't need to get rid of them,
But we don't need to follow them.
For these minutes,
We are not deciding or planning or making any decisions.
Simply being with the feeling of not knowing and knowing that it's okay.
It's okay to not know.
So,
Whether or not any insight showed up today,
