Namaste.
Welcome to a meditation for escaping.
Sometimes I enjoy solitude for days at a time.
Simply allowing myself to completely go inward.
And to vibrate on a much higher frequency for a longer period of time.
.
Today I invite you to find a comfortable place to soften and melt.
I invite you to begin to allow deep breaths in through the nose.
And exhale through the nose,
Allowing your mind to tune into the frequency of these chimes.
Simply allowing the vibration to penetrate into your body here.
As you begin to gently breathe in and out.
And I invite you to think of all of the things that are worrying you,
To put them all together,
To think of all of them and gather them.
Every thought that might pull you from this meditation,
Gather them all together here and observe them.
As you gently breathe in through the nose and out through the nose,
Simply acknowledging your worries.
Giving them space,
Making them tangible objects that you can set aside for now.
As you begin to draw inward and focus the attention on your higher heart here.

And as we begin to draw our attention to the furrows in our forehead,
Simply releasing here.
Allowing the bones in the back of your neck to soften as your head loses its strong grip on your neck,
Just let it go here,
Maybe walking the head gently back and forth.
Allowing freedom in the neck,
Dissolving tension here.
As we draw our attention down to the shoulder blades,
Letting them drop here,
Drop up heavily into the floor beneath you.
And our attention goes into the chest as we acknowledge the rise and fall of our breath here.
Giving space,
Space for silence,
Space to think of nothing at all and allow that space to spread.
To spread down your body into your pelvis as you begin to grow wider with energy and space.
The confines soften.
As we dissolve this idea of ourselves as only physical,
Tangible bodies,
We begin to understand the amount of energy that we radiate,
That we can absorb.
And that we can soften into if we allow the breath to guide us.
A gentle inhale through the nose and an exhale through the nose,
Allowing that energy to travel down through the legs as we release the back of the thighs here.
Releasing the tension in the calves and the ankle bones drop down into the floor as we release all tension in the body.
We hear the vibrations of the chimes and we sink in deeper.
Give yourself this time to unwind.
The mind.
To spread our energy through our body from the crown chakra all the way down,
Down,
Down your body.
Out through the feet and keep going,
Allowing the energy to travel up all the way down from the front to the back body.
Simply encompassing you here,
Allowing you to utterly melt,
To completely let go.
To completely dissolve the held tension stored in your palms,
Let your palms go here,
Allowing the fingers to drop heavily.
Releasing the temples here,
Dropping the eyeballs into their sockets.
You are an energetic,
Conscious and introspective being with immense energy pouring through you and out from you.
Allow yourself to just dissolve here and anytime you come back to those worries,
Simply remember the beginning of our meditation.
Where we put them all together in a nice little pile and we set them aside.
As you allow your energy bodies to soften,
You will see a vast amount of space.
For you to simply exist here,
Free of all worries.
Let go.
