Namaste.

This is the skin angel with an interactive meditation today.

I'd like to begin with you lying face up on your mat.

Feet in butterfly pose.

Toes and heels together.

Allow your legs to rest outward toward the ground.

Allow the knees to draw toward the ground.

As you settle in here to this space in this open position.

Simply allowing the breath to flow naturally here.

Still inhales and exhales,

Settling in.

Allowing the right hand to rest softly on the belly and the left hand to rest over the heart.

As we begin to feel in touch with our inhales and exhales.

Allowing them to be tangible as we settle into this space and drop down.

Allowing the knees to pull toward the ground.

The head to sink into the mat here.

Simply noticing the third eye drawing inward.

Drawing the eyeballs up to the third eye.

As we ground into our intuition and we allow that intuition to guide us through this meditation today.

Deep inhale through the nose filling the belly.

And exhaling through the third eye center.

Another deep inhale.

And exhale.

Allowing yourself to continue this inhale and outhale breath.

As we allow all thoughts to settle.

Today I'd like us to gather all of our anxieties,

Things that we can't seem to shake.

Things that keep surfacing.

Feelings of anxiety or pain that continue to follow us through our day every day.

If you have those that you do carry.

Allow them to gently scatter around you on this space here on this mat.

And allow each one to surround you.

Think of each piece of you that you can't seem to let go of and just place it around you here in a circle.

You are surrounded by a very tall rainforest today.

There is moss on the ground.

You are in that deep earth space as you lie here.

The colors around you,

Deep browns,

Deep greens,

Forest greens.

And as you imagine yourself here,

The trees surrounding you,

They have a heavy quality to them.

They carry weight that grounds you.

And surrounding you in these trees on the ground are those problems that you've laid out here beside you,

Around you.

Simply breathe into those problems and let them rise up through these heavy,

Grounding trees and dissolve.

As you continue to breathe here,

The problems and the anxieties and the worries,

They are so far up outside of you that they've lost a hold of you.

They no longer carry that weight inside of you.

They are a piece of the air now.

They are ether.

They have dissolved into the air and are going to transform into peaceful,

Light energy.

Light energy that radiates through the trees,

Through these grounding tall trees.

Those problems are light and you.

You are grounded deep into that mossy earth.

Allowing yourself to dissolve those anxieties as they rise up through the ground,

Through the earth,

Into the air and you are weightless here.

You are infinitely present in this space that you occupy.

You are the earth,

You are the trees.

You are as grounded as the deep rooted tree beside you.

Allowing yourself to float here,

Giving yourself permission to let go of everything that just doesn't serve you and to be okay with things exactly as they are.

Even if they don't feel finished,

They don't feel acceptable to you,

It's okay.

You are okay.

Allowing yourself to relish in just the beauty of simply existing here,

Grounded and surrounded by peaceful earth energy.

Breathing into that space,

Breathing into that right hand and exhaling through the third eye center,

Through the crown chakra,

Simply allowing the full body to experience this peace.

That peace.

And with an inhale,

I'd like you to gather your knees slowly with your hands,

Push them back together,

Curl up into a little ball,

Deep inhale and exhale,

Let go of everything,

Let your legs drop to the ground,

The arms drop to the ground,

Simply sink here,

Inhale and exhale,

Allowing yourself to come back here,

To remember the trees surrounding you and the mossy earth,

To gather yourself,

Remember those anxieties and worries that you laid out and to see that they have dissolved into ether,

They no longer grab hold of you,

You are a very grounded and earthly being here and you're absolving these anxieties and these worries they aren't holding you anymore,

Let yourself breathe into that space,

That space of existence where you just exist and have gratitude for yourself for allowing yourself to let go,

To drop the strongholds on your own life and to just experience it,

Maybe witness it as a third party simply looking down without judgment,

Allowing yourself to experience peace as you go throughout your day and maybe allowing these worries to drop a little bit more each time you think about them,

Just give them breath,

Give them space and always come back to the love you have for yourself.

At this time,

I invite you to turn over on your side,

Either side,

To curl up into a fetal position here,

Allowing yourself to envelop that earthly mossy energy as you take it all in,

Take in the forest,

Take in the damp earth here as you envelop yourself in that comforting,

Peaceful hug.

This is a space you can come back to anytime you feel overwhelmed,

You feel as though your thoughts guide your day rather than you simply existing,

Come back here anytime you need to ground to that earth and slowly making your way to a seated position here,

Cross-legged,

Maybe half lotus,

Whatever is comfortable on your knees,

And drawing the arms up over the head with a deep breath in through the nose and exhaling the hands in prayer position in gassho over the third eye center for always seeing the truth and over the lips for always speaking the truth,

Over the throat for allowing yourself to communicate your truth and over the heart for guiding with love,

For guiding from your heart center always,

Bow down to this heart space here.
