This is a guided meditation Loving Kindness or 'Metta' as taught in the Buddhist tradition. We start with the self, and then move on to close family and friends and finally spread our Metta out to the whole world. This is a good practice is you are having difficulty with relationships or with finding love in your heart for yourself.
