You'll have an opportunity to immerse yourself in the feelings and details of these experiences in a vivid and undistracted way and embody a deeper awareness of your ability to create those emotional experiences within yourself, carrying that overflowing cup of energy back with you into the world. Transcript

Hey,

It's Cyrus.

Welcome to your favorite meditation where you're going to relive your favorite moments and things like they're happening now,

Maybe even more vividly than the first time you felt them.

So go ahead and find a comfortable position,

Sitting upright but also relaxed and comfortable.

And when you feel ready and settled,

Just go ahead and close your eyes.

Take a slow,

Powerful,

Deep breath in through your nose all the way down into your belly.

And as it flows into the belly and expands,

Just let it fall out through the mouth and let yourself decompress.

Okay,

Now just one more super slow,

Deep breath,

But this time all the way down to the toes.

Breathe all the way down to the bottom of your body,

Nice and slow.

And as it flows back up,

Let yourself exhale in slow motion out through the mouth,

Letting yourself relax as it flows out.

And be aware of the sensation of tingling aliveness in the hands and fingers in this moment as you place your mental spotlight on the hands and fingers.

Notice the vibrating aliveness.

Hone in on the subtle sensations that grow more vivid as you start to place your full attention on the hands and fingers.

Feel your breath flowing effortlessly and deeply as you go deeper into the hands and fingers with a single pointed attention,

Letting everything fade into the background except for the feeling of your breath and your hands and fingers.

As you stay connected to your hands and fingers,

Just feel each breath invigorating you and your body on the inhale and letting go of all stress,

All concerns on the exhale,

Letting them flow out and becoming lighter with every exhalation as you stay connected to your hands.

And now imagine yourself walking into a movie theater with a warm,

Inviting atmosphere and taking a seat inside the theater when you feel ready.

And imagine like you've rented out the theater and chosen your favorite movie to be played on that screen today.

And just think about that favorite movie that pops in your mind.

And just look up as it starts to play on the screen and feel that feeling of anticipation and joy,

Excitement and connection that you feel to this particular work of art as it plays across the screen,

Enveloping you and immersing you in the experience.

Allow yourself to enjoy your favorite moments from that movie,

Almost as if it were the first time seeing it,

Allowing those enjoyable emotions to flow through your body freely and fully as you see it vividly.

And now take that feeling of being elevated and invigorated by that experience out of the theater with you now.

And now just imagine heading towards your favorite concert by your favorite band.

Maybe it's one you've already been to that you want to relive,

Or maybe it's something that you wish you could go see,

But let there be no limits in this zone you're creating.

And whether you want to go alone or take a concert buddy with you,

Just imagine yourself heading into that concert now,

Taking in the buzz and energy of the collective space at your pace.

And just see yourself grabbing the place in the concert that you choose,

As close or as far as you want to enjoy yourself.

And imagine like you just got there in time and you found your place just as they're coming on stage.

And lucky you,

They're playing your favorite song,

The one that moves you,

Excites you,

Makes you feel fully alive the most.

And just notice what that song is.

Allowing the wave of spontaneous live music to flow through your body as you feel yourself connected to the collective energy of the crowd as you enjoy that together.

Allow that spontaneous wave of live music to flow and echo through your body as you feel yourself connected to the ocean of people all experiencing the same flow.

Allowing yourself to feel the transcendent unity of everyone experiencing the pure bliss of this moment together,

Where time stops and you all feel this experience.

And now feel yourself brimming with the buzz of kinetic energy from that experience.

See yourself leaving the concert and feeling a little tuckered and wanting something to eat.

So deciding,

Since you're on a roll,

To go and get your favorite meal from your favorite restaurant.

Seeing yourself arriving and being greeted warmly at your favorite restaurant and having a seat with the best view in the house,

Wherever feels cozy and good to you.

And now see yourself tasting a drink that wets your appetite,

Feeling the texture and refreshment of that as it washes over your palate.

And now see them coming with the feast that you've ordered,

Allowing your eyes to start to devour it in anticipation as it lands on the table in front of you.

And as you see it up close,

Allow yourself to lean gently over the dish and take a whiff,

Allowing yourself to smell all the aromas as they wash through and tickle your imagination.

And when you feel ready,

Allow yourself to take a bite and feel your taste buds activating with the joy of that first taste.

And see yourself really savoring each bite,

Tasting all the flavors even more vividly,

Patiently,

And enjoyably than you might normally,

Truly just enjoying the taste experience.

Vividly for its own sake in this moment.

And imagine yourself relaxed,

Satiated,

And satisfied on every level from that meal experience.

And imagine that to cap off this day of favorite things,

You've ordered a little digestif,

An espresso,

Or a tea,

And just relaxing there,

And you've invited your favorite person to have a conversation with.

Someone who instinctively makes you feel great,

That heart-opening warmth sensation when you see them.

Someone you could happily talk to for hours,

Just enjoying the moment with.

And when you've chosen that person,

Just imagine them arriving at the restaurant and greeting them.

And having a seat across from them as you connect.

See yourself enjoying the conversation with them,

Enjoying the moment,

Enjoying the thing that makes your connection with them special,

And allowing yourself to feel all those open,

Warm,

Enjoyable energies within your body as you connect with them.

Allow yourself to get lost in that pleasant sensation of conversing with them,

Of losing track of time,

And just enjoying the timeless moment with them.

And maybe you just choose to hang out with them a little bit longer,

Or simmer in those feelings of that fullness from the incredible day you've had,

Basking in and enjoying that for as long as it feels recharging.

And only coming back into the physical world when you feel ready.

And when you do,

I invite you to consciously bring those energies back with you,

The ones of creativity,

Connection,

Invigoration,

And aliveness.

Being aware that you can generate them anytime you want,

From within,

With your imagination,

And sometimes experience them even more vividly and fully in an undistracted way,

From within,

So that you can live in alignment with a sense of fullness and abundance and joy,

As you bring that overflowing cup of energy to your experiences in the world.

And if you enjoyed this,

And you want to spark your imagination and generate those feelings from within and bring them into your life more and more,

I invite you to practice this track again,

And maybe pick a different movie,

Or concert,

Or meal,

Or person to get in the flow of generating those subtle different textures and energies within.
