This is a guided meditation to call your energy and attention to all the new beginnings currently making their way into your life.
When we think of new beginnings,
We usually think of planting seeds for a sense of freshness to enter our world.
And it becomes more commonplace to focus on that endpoint of what we're trying to manifest rather than the process.
As we head from one milestone to the next,
It may be somewhat easy to get caught up in the noise and miss out on the beauty of life's unfolding in each and every moment.
So let's take this time to recenter ourselves and tap into this inner knowing that what we seek is already happening in the subtle moments,
Such as in the instant when we take these little action steps to get to where we want to go.
Life is also happening for us in the moment we consciously decide to write a new story,
To choose love instead of fear,
Light over darkness,
When we choose to show up for ourselves with a fully present mindset and honor how we feel.
In all of these moments,
We are already planting the seeds to cultivate a more refined version of ourselves and ultimately surrendering to the process of unbecoming so that we may become who we are meant to be.
And what a beautiful thought to know that in each moment of life,
We get to make decisions and choices that naturally set the momentum for new doors to open,
For a new path to be paved.
For today's practice,
Shift your awareness to all of the new beginnings in your life.
Evoke the energy of this new version of you that is already expanding and coming into form.
As life comes to meet you,
You are already transforming into your highest self.
Simply start to settle into your space,
Sitting in a comfortable position,
Allowing the hands to rest gently on your knees or in your lap and close your eyes.
Start to deepen the breath,
Taking long,
Gentle inhalations as you breathe in through your nose and exhaling fully out through the mouth.
As you continue to shift your awareness to your inner state,
Take a moment to acknowledge that you are ever evolving.
Inhale deeply and feel yourself connecting to the divine within,
The place where you can listen to the language of your soul and feel intuitively guided to arrive at the answers you are meant to hear.
Exhale completely to release any constriction,
Any worries or fears.
With each deep,
Nourishing inhale,
Start to call in what you are ready to manifest in your life.
And with each exhale,
Feel yourself shedding an old layer that no longer serves your path.
Release and let it go.
Begin to breathe deeply with each inhale and exhale.
The one constant about life is that it is continuously changing.
In every moment,
There is a seed of transformation and creation already manifesting itself.
As you inhale,
Feel your heartbeat harmonizing with the rhythm of the universe,
Allowing your soul to grow and evolve in the ways that it needs to so that you can become the highest version of yourself.
And as you exhale,
Drop the weight of what no longer feels aligned with your soul.
Begin to inhale and exhale.
I invite you to bring your attention to the idea of how each revitalizing breath,
The breath begins at the end of the previous one.
While deepening and elongating each breath,
Feel yourself letting go of the prior moment with each exhale.
And then allow your chest to rise and expand as you inhale and welcome the new.
Continue to take deep intentional breath.
Inhale acceptance.
Exhale resistance.
Inhale vitality.
Exhale dullness.
Exhale love.
Exhale fear.
Inhale confidence.
Exhale any feelings of unworthiness.
Exhale prana or life force energy.
Exhale any external noise.
Inhale transformation.
Exhale stagnation.
Inhale new beginnings.
Exhale to release the past,
What was,
Or anything that no longer serves you.
Taking your deepest breath yet,
Allow your chest to rise and belly to expand forward and then exhale to release fully out through the mouth.
Begin to breathe at your own pace as you slowly make your way back into the room.
On the in-breath,
Harness the energy of new beginnings as we gently close out this practice.
And on the out-breath,
Feel that energy moving within you,
Through you,
And all around you as you go about your day.
