Laugh and tap,
I am enough,
Which combines laughter yoga and tapping to help trigger the release of the feel-good brain chemicals dopamine,
Oxytocin,
Serotonin and endorphins.
Begin tapping on the karate chop point and repeat after me.
Even though I feel like I'm not enough,
I accept how I feel and I'm open to letting this belief go now.
Eyebrow point,
When I'm feeling down,
This belief creeps into my mind.
Side of the eye,
I feel like I'm not enough.
Under the eye,
When something goes wrong,
I feel like I'm not enough.
Under the nose,
But what if this belief has never been true?
Dip of the chin,
What if I can let this belief go?
Collarbone,
Maybe I really am enough.
Under the arm,
Maybe I have always been enough.
Top of the head,
I choose to let go and to finally believe that I am enough.
Eyebrow point,
Now gently laugh to help trigger the release of the feel-good chemicals in your brain.
Side of the eye,
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.
Under the eye,
Ho ho ho ho hhhhh.
Under the nose,

Hahahaha.

Top of the head.
Let's go back to the karate chop point and say,
I am enough.
