This is a healing transmission with the Divine Mother Mary to awaken,
Reuniting with your unstoried self to awaken to the Goddess within you.
So take a few moments and get comfortable.
As you close your eyes and let go,
Breathe and hear and feel the element of water all around you.
Breathe into your heart.
Where are you trying too hard?
Where are you forcing?
Where are you going against the flow?
Your flow.
What are you ready to heal right now?
Bring it to your attention and breathe.
What are you ready to shift?
To let go of?
Bring it to your awareness and breathe.
As you continue to slow down your breathing,
Becoming more relaxed in the present moment,
Allowing a natural flow to occur,
Visualize a rose at your heart chakra.
As you inhale,
See it blossom.
See and feel the rose petals surround your entire body and energy field and from your heart.
See this as an invitation calling in,
Mother Mary.
You hear her say,
My dear child,
In order for you to awaken,
You have to let go.
In order for you to awaken,
It's time to let yourself be held,
To soften,
To yield,
To surrender.
You hear whispers in your ear,
In order to come into receptivity,
You have to relax.
This isn't something to do.
It's resting in the being.
It's in the allowing where the awakening occurs.
Take a deep breath and visualize light and notice across from you,
The Divine Mother greets you.
She asks that you hold out your hands with your palms up.
She places rose petals in your palms.
Breathe and receive them and feel the water that's trickling around your palms.
The Divine Mother takes these rose petals,
Stripping in water,
And places them on your eyes.
Breathe in as you open your eyes to see and Mother Mary is staring deep back at you.
She says it's time to recalibrate your soul as she holds your hands and the healing water travels to every cell,
Vibrates throughout the whole energy field with rose petals illuminating and lighting up.
She asks you to think all the thoughts and feelings that are weighing you down.
Allow them to come up.
What are you worrying about?
What are your doubts?
What is your story?
She says none of this is who you are.
Lay them down at the Divine Mother's feet.
So breathe and inhale.
On the exhale,
Hand over your worry.
Breathe in the vibration of unconditional love.
Breathe out the doubt.
Breathe in self-compassion and self-acceptance.
Breathe out the fears,
The heavy emotions.
Breathe in the light of this new moment.
Breathe out your old story as you let it go,
As you lay this burden down.
Continue to breathe and notice that now that you've laid down all that you're carrying,
Mother Mary connects you hand-to-hand with you as a little girl.
Mother Mary holding one hand,
Holding the hand of your little girl,
And you hand-to-hand with yourself.
Feel the connection.
You notice that you're standing in water,
All of you,
And as you walk through the water healing is happening.
You feel your hand connected to this childlike innocence and purity,
And Mother Mary leads you over to a place to sit by a well.
She sits in the middle of you,
Face-to-face with your little girl.
She asks that you stare into the eyes of yourself as this precious little one.
Really see yourself as this innocent child,
Looking up at you,
Smiling.
Hear this little girl say to you,
I am enough,
And as you look back deep into her eyes,
Tell her,
Yes,
You are enough.
She looks at you even more excited,
And she says to you,
I am strong,
And you look back at her,
Smiling,
And you say,
Yes,
You are strong.
She then jumps up and says,
I am powerful,
And you see yourself as a little girl,
Knowing her power,
And you say,
Yes,
You are powerful.
She dances around in the water,
Singing,
I am love,
I am love,
I am love,
And you join in unison with her,
Saying,
Yes,
You are,
You are love,
We are love,
And as she looks even more powerfully in your eyes,
You watch her begin to grow,
As she says to you,
I know who I am,
And you take a breath,
And you affirm,
Yes,
I know who I am.
I am awakening to that now.
I know who I am,
And take a deep breath,
As you exhale,
Let go even more,
And the divine mother heart to heart connects you with this playfulness and innocence,
This purity and this grace,
This beauty and this peace,
And you notice that you are standing,
Embodied in this vibration of love,
The water washing over you,
As you stand in your flow,
And the divine mother again,
Eye to eye,
Gaze to gaze,
Soul to soul,
Heart to heart,
Just says,
Let go,
Allow,
Feel,
Awaken.
She smiles and embraces you,
And you just relax in her embrace,
Slowly begin to bring your attention back to your body,
Taking a few deep breaths in gratitude,
And when you're ready,
Opening your eyes.
