Welcome.
My name is Todd Norian and I'm so happy to be here with you today.
I'll be guiding you through a deep relaxation followed by empowering affirmations.
Our thoughts are so important in helping us achieve a sense of deep inner peace.
Our focus today is on worthiness.
Worthiness is our birthright.
It's the recognition of our own innate goodness.
Worthiness plays a large role in shaping our inner self.
Without it,
We can fall into a pattern of self-rejection or perfectionism.
Perfectionism squelches worthiness since it creates the perfect storm to perpetuate the feeling of not being good enough or not doing enough.
So let's get started.
Please lie down on your back and make yourself comfortable.
Bring your arms down by your sides a few inches away from the sides of your body,
Palms up if you can.
Let your legs be a little wider than hip distance apart.
Allow your feet to turn out and take a few deep breaths.
Invite the light of the universe to fill you as you inhale and then as you exhale,
Begin to let go of any strain or stress or burdens you might be carrying.
Feel the surface beneath you and allow your body to become heavy.
Allow your muscles to melt away from the bones and allow your bones to sink deeper into the earth.
And on the next exhalation,
Release your internal organs to the backside of your body.
Bring your attention to your feet.
Relax the soles of your feet,
The tops of your feet,
All of your toes.
Then like a warm wave of relaxation,
Begin to flow energy through the soles of your feet to your ankles,
Calves,
Knees.
Relax your thigh bones,
Hips,
Buttocks.
Release the heavy bones of the pelvis.
Relax your lower back.
Watch the rise and fall of your belly with the breath.
Allow your front ribs to release.
Relax your heart,
Chest,
Shoulders.
And then release your arms,
Elbows,
Forearms,
Wrists.
Allow your palms to soften.
Relax all ten fingers,
Fingertips,
And even the space between the fingers.
Relax your throat and your neck and release the root of your tongue.
Let your jaw release.
Relax your teeth.
Allow your lips to rest comfortably on the surface of your teeth.
Then release your tongue,
The hollow in the middle of the tongue,
Back of the tongue,
Tip of the tongue.
Relax your eyes,
Eyelids,
Orbits of the eyes.
Allow your eyes to descend toward the back of the skull.
Relax your forehead,
Sides of the head,
Back of the head.
Relax the top of your head.
Now,
Relax your entire body.
Imagine your whole body fills with light like a radiant golden dome of light descends.
And you let the light of goodness,
The light of full self-acceptance,
And the light of healing permeate your entire being.
And take in this flow of affirmations.
You may either repeat them silently to yourself or just let them be in the background.
Fulfilliness is my birthright.
I am worthy to be here.
My worth comes from the inside.
I am enough just as I am.
I approve of myself.
I accept myself just as I am.
I am valuable.
I am talented.
I am victorious.
I am blessed.
I am well equipped to handle whatever comes my way.
I stand tall in who the universe has made me to be.
I am a worthy vessel of the divine.
I am the crystallization of the divine's desire to know itself.
I am divinely guided and I'm always going in the best direction.
I am worthy.
I am at peace.
And I am free.
I am supremely free.

Receive the blessing of worthiness.
As you're ready you can gradually stretch your body.
Draw your knees in toward your chest and roll to the right side.
