So,
The background to today's live is in association with the course which I've just published on the app.
It's called Flavours of Thought,
Unconscious Murmurs,
And we're going to talk about unconscious murmurs today.
I'll explain that in a minute.
It's the second part of a big series I'm doing,
Based on a book I wrote 15 years ago called Flavours of Thought.
The first part is called Ethereal Whispers,
I spoke about that in the live last time.
Now,
You're not allowed to mention things outside the app on Insight Timer,
Like the fact that this comes from a book,
But I'm putting the book on Insight Timer,
So I do believe it's allowed,
And it's part of a big series.
I'm going to run this series right till the end of 2025,
And it relates to my magnum opus,
And there's a post on Insight Timer called Magnum Opus.
I'll just spell that for you.
And it says Trilogy of Books,
Which is my interpretation of the major and minor arcana of the tarot.
I started studying that about 10,
20 years ago.
It's very difficult,
Very arcane,
It's been obfuscated as well,
So I'm contemporising it and making it accessible to everybody.
So the third part I'm just recording right now,
That'll be up by the end of the month.
It's called Flavours of Thought 3 Self-Awareness,
And then I'm going to start a whole series called Recipes for Fresh Thinking,
And Recipes for Fresh Thinking are combinations of flavours of thought,
And they're effectively modern-day spells,
Very,
Very powerful,
They work every single time.
But what I want to do today is talk about the unconscious mind,
Not in a kind of NLP way,
But in a more esoteric and metaphysical way.
And some years ago,
I read two books by Rudolf Steiner,
One was called Cosmic Memory,
And the other was called How to Know the Higher Worlds.
As they're out of copyright now,
I'm pretty sure I can mention these on this live.
I think you can find PDFs of them pretty much anywhere on the internet.
And they inspired me.
The first one,
Cosmic Memory,
Steiner talks about the root races of humankind.
And in it,
He postulates that humans came to the earth before the earth even densified,
So before the earth formed out of its molten state.
And I did a past life regression session several years ago,
And I didn't regress to the core of Henry VIII or the Cleopatra and that sort of thing.
I regressed to being an egg,
Just an egg floating around with a little patch where my arm might come out,
Where my arms come out,
Patches where my legs would come out.
And then I thought that's a bit weird.
And then when I read Rudolf Steiner's book,
Cosmic Memory,
He describes the first root race as being these cosmic eggs that just kind of float around the earth plane.
And if you watch the latest Ted and whatever is Crazy Adventures,
There's an egg in that film as well,
Which is kind of amazing.
Anyway,
So he talks about the evolution of humankind going forward.
And he also spoke about the idea that maybe 2 million years ago or so,
Spontaneously directed by spirit,
Our third eye gained the ability,
Which is our sixth chakra point,
To modulate our fifth chakra point.
And we don't give this a second thought nowadays,
But we can have a thought vibrate our voice box and our thoughts come out into space.
And other people like you are doing that,
Now I've got the sound on,
I should say,
You're now having thoughts based on the thoughts that are in my head that are coming out through my voice box.
So one thing we pulled off when the word was made flesh and humankind got the word,
If you like,
Is we gained this ability to share thoughts,
Which is quite amazing.
Now,
In the book,
He talks about how we're going to learn in the next phase of evolution to take control of our heart chakra.
And I was involved with two esoteric groups around that time.
One was an esoteric group around the tarot,
Which I studied all my tarot in.
And one was an angelic school in Germany,
I can't mention them here,
You're not allowed to promote things outside the app.
And I learned how to activate my heart rate.
And you'll find on the app,
A free heart rate activation,
I'm going to do a mini version of it here today.
So don't worry.
But if you want to do the full version,
It's called heart rate activation,
That's a meditation of mine on the app.
And also I put two meditations up,
Awakening super sensibilities.
That's what Steiner calls psychic effect,
And super sensibilities itself,
They're both on the app as well.
And they all kind of go through a little of what we're doing today,
In a slightly different way.
Today,
Though,
I'm going to do something I've never done before,
Because we're not only going to go down into the lower chakra points,
And we're going to go to the alpha and omega chakra points,
Which is the alpha point is above our head,
And the omega point is below our root,
Although they are multidimensional things,
So you can also think of them as being this egg that surrounds us as well,
Because they're not just unidimensional,
Just points that are hanging below and above us.
So just in case your connection dies,
Or whatever,
There's loads of stuff on the app that expands on all the stuff we're doing today.
But today,
I'm going to do something,
Because it is live,
That has never been done before.
I've certainly not done it before in this live time anyway,
That's for certain.
So we're going to look at how we can take conscious control of the other chakra points.
Now,
This conscious control of the chakra points isn't something I do inside the Unconscious Murmurs course,
But I do go through two activation sequences,
One which I stole from,
I borrowed,
I should say,
From Rudolf Steiner,
Which is awakening lotus flowers on the throat,
On the heart,
On the solar plexus,
Sacral and root,
And you open a lotus flower and put different attributes on the lotus flower as you go down the chakras,
And as you come back up again,
Another set of petals come,
Folds out,
And you put more attributes on as well.
It's a delightful process.

So the reason I'm saying this is that there's loads of stuff to augment what we're doing today to deepen this thing that we're doing today,
Because in one day,
You won't get a complete activation,
You just get an idea of how it all works.
So let's do this.
Let's just do some breathing together.
And the breathing I want to do with everybody today is a spinal breath.
I do various versions of this one.
This is going to be a breath that we imagine starts our root,
And on the in-breath it goes up on the inside of our spine,
All the way to our crown,
And then on the out-breath it flows all the way down our spine,
Right to the root again.
Let's do that together for five in and out breaths.
So in,
Starting at the root,
Going all the way up,
And at the top,
Breathe out all the stale air in your lungs.
Let's repeat that four times together,
And then one more time.
Now let me know in the chat room if anyone felt any tingling in any of the chakra points as we did that.
And the reason that I say that,
Because I have active control of my chakras,
I was beaming out from my chakras to all of yours at that time,
Which is,
This is,
It shows you the power of it.
So this works over the internet,
It works over space and time,
Works into the past and into the future as well.
So using these techniques,
You can also heal ancestral hurt,
And you can heal the past,
Which is great.
So a lady approached me on the app this week,
Who had problems with her ancestors.
And I pointed at her at two meditations,
Which I'll share with you,
Becoming an Energy Ninja Part 1 and 2.
My approach to her was to,
If she wants to heal the ancestors,
Was heal her right now.
And then that instantaneously goes backwards in time,
And then does the ancestral healing at the same time,
Which is great.
These are all powerful techniques,
Which we can combine when we get to know more about how our chakra points,
How our chakra point works,
Our Susan back of head.
The cerebellum,
Actually,
I guess in some ways,
The cerebellum is a sort of hidden chakra point that is not really known about that much.
It's the point in our brain,
It's one of the only non-bilateral structures in the brain.
It's just at the back.
And it's said to be the point that spirit will connect with us.
Another great person to read,
Although it's quite difficult to read,
Is a guy called Emanuel Swedenborg.
He was an amazing chap,
I think born in the 1700s and lived into the 1800s.
And he used to go to,
He studied anatomy,
And in those days it was a bit gory,
He used to go to autopsies,
And he'd put his finger on different bits of the brain,
And he'd channel in what that bit of the brain was for,
From a functional perspective,
He was right in many,
Many cases,
But also from a spiritual perspective as well.
And cerebellum,
If you ever come across that phrase,
Either I've got a thought off the top of my head,
Or something's just hanging around the back of my mind,
Our language gives away of what is going on in our neurology,
In our spiritual neurology as well.
Now we've energised our pranic tube,
Which is what we do with that breathing technique.
What we can do is we can now take a journey down the chakras in our body,
And what I'll explore and explain with you is how our chakra points aren't just generators,
But they're also receivers,
They're bidirectional portals.
In the same way though,
You know,
It's said that we've got like 200 chakra points upon our body,
So there's maybe a chakra point at the end of each of our fingers.
So if I was to put my hand up to the camera right now,
And you put your hand up to your screen,
Then I could irradiate and send that beam up from my hand,
Which is like a healing Reiki type energy,
And you should be able to pick that up as well.
And if I put my other hand behind it,
Then that just amplifies and doubles it.
So let me know if this works,
This is all a bit of an experiment on my part,
I've done it on a one-to-one basis many times,
But never on a one-to-many basis.
So let me know if you can just feel that energy coming through my camera and out of your screen.
There you go.
Isn't that marvellous,
We're all amazing,
Anyone that can feel this is a natural healer by the way.
And the weirdest thing I did with this healing ability was many,
Many years ago,
Heal a budgie in Vancouver over Skype,
This was before Zoom was working,
And if you can feel it,
You've got the ability,
This different ability,
Which is just amazing.
So this is everybody,
It's not an Insight Timer meditator thing or an Insight Timer guide thing,
We as humans have this ability to do this amazing work,
Which is great.
So one of the things I say is that today's meta-science is tomorrow's science,
I kind of understand how it works,
But the classical materialistic scientists community haven't really got their heads around this stuff quite yet,
But they will.
In the same way that I'm working on stuff that Steiner was doing a hundred years ago,
Which I've heard of,
He knew about this stuff too,
But he didn't have the internet to get it out to everybody.
We've got that power now,
We can use the internet for not so good things,
But we can also use the internet as we're doing now for wonderful things.
So radiation of healing to every one of you,
Which is great,
And then what you can do with that is that,
I think someone was saying that they have the issue with the ancestral as well.
You can take that energy that I've beamed out to you,
And then you can beam it back in time to either yourself back in time,
Or to your ancestors back in time.
Is it safe to say,
This is bi-directional Paul,
Has you been able to sense feedback coming in from the participants yet?
The reason I knew that worked is that when I was doing that,
I felt the tingling back as well.
So I knew that the people who were experiencing the tingling were sending it back to me as well.
So it's working both ways.
And as we go through the exercises I'm going to do now,
Just checking the time,
We'll also feel that.
And what's also weird about this,
By the way,
Is that I'm doing this,
I'm parallel recording this on Audacity and I'll upload it.
If you're listening to the recording of this audio only,
But you imagine that I'm on screen doing this,
And you put your hands up,
You will also feel that tingling.
I'll just put them out flat,
As you find your hand flat,
You will also feel that tingling.
So it's kind of getting embedded in the mp3 recording,
Which I'm doing.
So amazing,
Magical stuff.
And in fact,
I think in one of the Energy Ninja part two,
I think it's that one,
It might be another meditation,
I talk about standing in a woods with you in a clearing in the middle of woods.
And I'm standing there and I'm doing this thing with you,
And then you feel that energy.
So it's kind of encaptured in the recording.
There's also something I learned some time ago,
That you can put into a book.
So if you ever read any of my book books,
Which I'm not allowed to mention here,
In the white space around the letters,
There's magical energy,
Which relates to the content of the book.
So in the white space itself,
Not the words themselves,
But the white space around there contains this sort of special energy.
So let's just imagine this,
Because you're all advanced meditators,
I can do this fairly quickly.
I want you to imagine that you're looking at the back of your eyeballs.
And if you look straight,
I can't see you,
Obviously,
This is,
I can only see the chat room.
But imagine you're looking straight into my eyes.
I'll just take my glasses off to make this a bit easier for you.
And I'm just going to,
I'm just going to soften space and time between us.
So as you look into my eyes,
I want you to be aware of my forehead,
My ears,
My chin,
But you're looking straight in my eyes.
And then widen your gaze still further,
So you're seeing the space around me in my office,
The keyboard to the side,
Series artwork to my right.
Just become aware of those things,
But look straight in my eyes,
And I will soften time and space.
And now I want you to imagine that from your third eye,
You're looking at the back of your eyeballs,
Looking into my eyes and into my third eye.
I don't want anyone to write anything in the chat room now,
Because this connection is really important,
But you might want just to make a note later on if you saw something slightly weird in my face while we're doing this.
And now I want you to imagine that your consciousness,
Which is the middle of your brain now,
Because you're looking at the back of your eyeballs,
Floats down,
So it's sitting just behind your throat chakra.
And I want to just explain something about how our throat chakra works and how subtle it is.
I want you to just imagine saying inside your head the word,
I love you,
The words I love you.
So just imagine those words inside your head.
And now I want you to imagine that you're just about to say those words,
So you move the words so they're just sitting behind your throat chakra,
But you don't actually say them.
But just imagine that instead of thinking the words inside your head,
You imagine you're saying the words,
I love you.
And notice how that's subtly different from just thinking the words,
I love you.
You can even be thinking,
I might write the words down,
I love you.
That's slightly different.
And then the consciousness of I love you goes to your hand instead of being in your head.
And now I want you to say,
I can't hear you,
You can only hear me,
I want you to say the words,
I love you outside.
And you can direct them to yourself,
To anyone you like as well.
So that power can go right across the universe,
Backwards in space and time,
Forwards in space and time as well.
So just saying the words out loud,
Your throat chakra point,
Your fifth chakra point is now taking the energy of I love you and sending it out into space.
How cool is that?
So let's just take a breather,
Literally.
And how was that for everybody?
What did you,
What did you see when you look straight into my eyes and from your third eye into my third eye?
And how did it feel when you said the words,
I love you,
Three different,
Subtly different ways.
Yeah,
It's,
It's really subtle,
It's really subtle.
And Charlene,
I love you became stronger as it does,
Because if you think about words,
They are spells,
We've conjured this into space.
And when I do the,

What we can do when we use this technique,
It works over Skype and over Zoom,
It also works very,
Very strongly face to face,
You can actually show someone your past lives and your future lives,
Which is kind of a bit weird.
So this is,
I can't,
I can't do this on the,
On the recording,
But I can show you a picture now of a symbol.
This is a symbol of Elixir,
Which is unconditional love.
And this is,
This is from a set of cards I can't mention,
But if you get in touch with me,
I'll let you know what they are and where you can get hold of them.
That's the symbol of,
Of unconditional love.
And this is a set of angelic entities.
Oh,
And Kelly's asked,
Are these techniques from indications from Stana?
No,
This is my kind of interpretation of a whole amorphous bunch of stuff that's,
That's come in.
So,
So what we'll do now is we're going to go down to our heart chakra.
I'm going to do a very quick version of the heart rate activation.
You can listen to the full lot of it on Insight Timer.
The heart rate activation is a way of sending,
Of sending healing out to people,
Past,
Present,
Future.
And we can also use it to,
To soften a tense situation.
So let's say you're going into a meeting with some solicitors,
Some antagonism,
Or you're going to a meeting with your employers or something like that.
You can send your heart rate out to everyone in that room ahead of time.
And you can soften the,
The,
The,
The atmosphere in the room is quite magical.
You can also use it if you're going out,
Let's say,
In a speed dating environment,
You can use it to attract the right person to you.
And so it's quite a magic,
Quite,
Quite a powerful thing.
So what we do is we imagine that we'll take a breath in and you imagine that you put this symbol of elixir on your heart here.
And as you breathe in,
And as you breathe out,
Then that symbol goes out in space and time like that.
So we're doing it visibly.
And then as you breathe in,
It comes back into you and breathe out,
It goes out into space and time and it comes back into you.
And now I want you to imagine that it actually rotates as you breathe out.
And as you get to about this point out and you breathe in,
It splits and one part of it goes round the back of you into the back of your heart centre.
And the other part goes round the other way and it almost creates like a heart symbol horizontally in front of you.
So imagine the heart was sitting horizontally.
So on the out breath,
You breathe out unconditional love and on the in breath,
You breathe it back in to you,
Which is kind of cool.
So this is a really,
Really good way of strengthening your heart centre.
And one of the things about the chakras is if you're putting more love out than you're getting in,
It will weaken it.
So this is a really good way of topping up your heart energy.
And once you've done that for a few in and out breaths,
You can then think of somebody you want to send a remote healing to,
Let's say,
And you can beam that out and they'll feel that healing.
Now,
Obviously,
It works if you're doing it live with people as well.
So that's a good example of our heart being a bi-directional portal of sending love out and sending and getting love back in.
Now,
If you're doing this at the same time,
You're going,
I'm sending that out at the same time,
You're saying the word and you're using the words,
I love you as a mantra or shatame or whatever language you want to do it in,
You're using two chakra points then to send that love out to somebody.
How powerful is that?
And then when you use two chakra points,
It doesn't double it,
It cubes,
Which is just amazing.
I'll just type that in for you,
Alyssa,
What is this symbol on the card called,
Elixir.
And that's in the Elohim light language,
That's the angelic light language.
And that was a language that the,
You know,
Those eggs I was talking about before,
That's the language that they used when they first incarnated on the earth plane.
And all languages are derived from the Elohim light language,
Not just on this planet,
But all the self-aware planets across the cosmos.
Right,
So let's now move down to the solar plexus,
Just beneath our breastbone.
By the way,
All these chakra points are connected by the vagus nerve,
Which is the biggest nerve in our body.
So just imagine that we're moving our consciousness down from our heart center to just above,
Halfway between the breastbone and the navel.
And here is the seat of our intuition.
Now this chakra point,
What it can do from,
It receives from the world truth,
As simple as that.
Is something right or is it wrong?
Is it right for us right now,
Or is it not so good for us right now?
And then it communicates using the vagus nerve up to our brain.
And what's weird about both the heart chakra and the other lower chakra points is they work ahead of time.
And some Swedish scientists have put people inside an MRI scanner,
And they flash cards up at them and images up in their eyes.
And the gut mind,
The nerves in the gut,
Activate about five seconds before the conscious mind is shown the image,
Which is quite amazing.
So the gut mind is always right,
But it's a primitive mind center.
Your gut has got more nerves in it than a cat's brain has,
So it's an intelligence.
It's always right,
But it doesn't communicate in language.
It just communicates in a yes or a no.
So let's imagine you've got a decision you've got to make right now.
Let's think about that decision,
Form that decision in your mind's eye.
An idea has just come in through my cerebellum,
By the way,
Of how we're going to do this.
I've never done this before,
Which is great.
So let's just take that decision and ask,
Using your throat chakra,
Ask that question outright.
Let's say something like,
Is this thing right for me right now?
Say it out loud,
And then go quiet.
And just imagine that your gut is answering that with a yes or a no.
If you've got a yes,
Go with it.
If you've got a no,
Ask the question again in a slightly different way.
Ask the question,
What would have to change in order for me to make that decision?
Keep going around that as a loop until you get the yes.
And what we're doing now is we're setting up a cyclical loop between our chakra points and our third eye,
Because the gut hasn't got language.
The answer about what would have to change can only come in to your conscious mind.
It comes in at the third eye and then goes out to the lobes,
Or it might come in through the cerebellum.
So that's how our gut receives information in.
But our gut can also send out intention.
So it can set our,
Language doesn't do this well,
So it's a bit difficult to describe.
It puts our intention and our energy out into the world.
So if you're walking into a space,
Maybe that speed dating environment I was talking about,
Or any business meeting,
Somebody can pick up if you are right for them at the same time.
So this is not just about,
Let's say,
Do I want to meet this person,
Do I want to do some networking with this person,
Do I want to date with this person?
That comes from the energy that's coming out from your gut.
Now imagine if you're slightly closed down in any of your chapter points,
You're not going to radiate out that congruence at all,
And people will find you're cold.
And you know this intuitively in your gut,
You sense that people aren't right for you.
So it's obvious when I explain that this is how it all works,
Isn't it?
That's how these centers interact with each other.
So that's how our gut works.
So it not only just acts as our gatekeeper,
But it also sends out our intention to the world.
It's just amazing.
Now let's move down to the sacral chakra.
The sacral chakra is somewhere halfway between your navel and your root.
And the sacral chakra is a center that tells us what our needs are.
So internally,
We might get a signal from the sacral chakra to say,
Actually,
That meal that you just had about four hours ago,
I've digested it now.
It's all gone down.
It's ready.
Can you top,
Can we top me up?
And the message that comes to the brain is,
I'm hungry,
I need something to eat.
But also,
So this is how it communicates up with the brain,
It's sort of fulfilling our needs.
If our needs are not being met,
Our spiritual needs,
Our physical needs,
Whatever,
That chakra center will get weakened.
But the other thing that the sacral chakra does,
It can broadcast out our needs to the world.
So let's imagine now there's something you could do with a little bit more of.
I don't care what that is.
I've got another symbol I'm going to use here.
I'm going to use this symbol here.
This symbol,
I'll type it for you.
It's called Monar Ohar.
If you've got a pen or a bit of paper,
You can actually draw this out,
Monar Ohar.
You can draw this out.
And Monar Ohar in the Elohim light language means,
I trust.
So you send,
Imagine this symbol sitting on your sacral chakra,
And you send that out into the world.
You're trusting that the world is going to deliver back for you exactly what you need,
Which is amazing.
You can actually use the Monar Ohar symbol also on the solar plexus chakra as well.
So I trust.
Well done.
Oh,
What a great question.
Are you manifesting from the chakras or the soul?
But it's not either or,
It's and both.
So your whole thing is manifesting.

I worked out that she lived about 20 miles away.
We met this week for the first,
I don't meet that many meditators,
I want to get out and meet some more.
So anyone that's in the south of England,

Anyway,
So we met,
Had a great time.
And it turns out that she's going to become an Insight Timer teacher in the very short space of time.
Amazing,
Sensitive lady and amazing,
Amazing healer.
And so that happened.
She drove off.
As she drove off,

It's the spirit connecting with us using numerology just to wake us up and to grab our attention.
So I diverted away from the Sabre Chakra.
The Sabre Chakra is telling us that we need something,
But also broadcasting out our needs to the world,
Which is just amazing.

Now let's move down to our root.
So our root,
Most of the Chakra points go out physically from us.
It's different in animals,
Because with a dog,
They go vertically,
For example,
A cat goes vertically,
But our Chakra points go out horizontally from us.
Apart from the Crown Chakra and apart from the Root Chakra,
And they go vertically down.
But by the way,
You can actually change any of your Chakra points and point them in different directions.
So you can orientate your Heart Ray,
So instead of going out and back in,
It goes up through your Crown,
So you can send love out to the cosmos.
You can also divert your Heart Ray down,
And we're going to do that right now.
So this is another example of doubling up on Chakra energies.
So imagine your Heart Ray has got Alexia pointing on it,
And now we're going to just move that right down,
And so it's sitting in our Root.
And Laura,
You just asked the Sacral Creativity,
Sacral is about intention and needs.
And Susan,
What a great thing,
You see Chakras as landscapes,
That's absolutely great.
They are kind of imaginary,
Even I can like imaginary friends.
But what you can do after a while,
As you all felt my Heart Ray,
And you felt the stuff come out of the small Chakra points in my hands,
That they are things that you can sense.
I can see them,
So my third eye,
I can see other third eyes as well.
And different people have got different sensitivities,
So I tend to be clairvoyant and claircognizant.
Other people are clairsentient.
You get people that are clairolfactory,
So they hear things,
Sorry,
Clairaudient,
So they hear things.
Clairolfactory,
So you taste things,
You smell things.
And clairgustatory,
So you taste things,
Yeah.
Lynn,
I was going to suggest,

So what we do now,
We are taking that Elixir Energy,
We are moving it down into our Root,
And then we are spinning the Unconditional Love that has come from our Heart through our Root,
And we are sending Love,
Unconditional Love to Mother Earth,
For all the stuff that she has done for us.
She has evolved over billions and billions of years,
So that we can have this self-aware experience,
And she is just about to go through an evolution as well.
And she is about to go to a self-aware state,
So we are sending Love to Mother Earth,
We are sending our self-awareness into Mother Earth,
And then as we breathe back in,
We can take Love back in from Mother Earth.
And so we are thanking her for the air that she keeps around us,
The biosphere that she maintains so we can eat and all that kind of stuff,
And the amazing views as well,
So the amazing beauty that you see in nature,
And her place in the Cosmos,
Staying in that lovely Goldilocks zone,
So we are not too hot,
Not too cold,
And we can have this experience.
We've got to imagine,
And this goes back to Susan's point about seeing the chakras as landscapes,
They're not really points,
And they're not really vortexes,
We're just using these terms so we can understand these multi-dimensional structures.
And we are indeed a nine-dimensional being,
Having a 3D experience,
We have layers and layers of sensitivity,
But when you look at how we tune to these higher dimensions,
It's right in our DNA,
So the four codons in each part,
In each word of our DNA sequence is the tuning to those layers.
And funnily enough,
The course that I'm currently doing at the moment,
Which is going to last until the end of 2035,
I'm going to go into that stuff later next year,
And I wrote this book after Flavius' talk called Planes of Being,
And that explores the minor arcana of the tarot,
Which describes us as being these nine-dimensional beings.
Now I'm packing a lot of stuff into this talk,
Which I wasn't going to talk about,
So I apologise if it's over anyone's head,
But if you stick with me on this journey that I'm going on,
I'm trying to demystify all this stuff and take the esoteric,
Which means the unknown and ununderstood,
And make it exoteric,
Which means known and understood,
At the same time,
Because I'm the sort of person,
I want to make it so it's accessible,
And it's not mysterious,
And it's fun,
And we can use it for practical purposes.
So every single person on this call,
186 meditators,
I know for a fact is a powerful healer.
So imagine that we're taking that stuff out,
And we're healing the world,
The reliance that we have on medication,
All this sort of stuff.
Meditation,
As I've said,
Is one of the best things.
It's like meditation is the best medication without anything but positive side effects.
Janet,
Yes,
Cells can regenerate as well,
And as we take upgrades,
We can do that.
I get upgrades a lot,
Nights actually,
So there's lots of stuff going on in our world.
Oh,
So I'm going to talk about the Amogha Chakra.
So the Amogha Chakra,
We can think about it,
If we were to draw us as a two-dimensional being,
You draw the Amogha Chakra about two or three inches below the root chakra,
But it's not really that.
It's sort of a thing that surrounds us because it's communicating with all dimensions.
Specifically though,
The Amogha Chakra connects with the underworld,
And the underworld is almost like one and a half dimensions.
It's the domain of the fairies,
The elves,
The goblins,
The trolls,
What have you.
And trolls,
By the way,
Are not bad people.
They've just been demonized slightly in our films and that sort of stuff.
So the underworld,
The magical world,
Remember when you were a child and you believed in it all,
You can imagine magic coming into your world.
As we densify and we get a bit older and we get more crusty and even more cynical,
The underworld disappears and we lose that magical aspect of ourselves.
But if you were to activate your Amogha Chakra,
What happens is the underworld comes to meet you,
And it comes to meet you with signs,
Symbology,
Lovely chance happenings as well,
And literally magic gets sprinkled into your world.
Now,
How do you activate the Amogha Chakra?
Now,
Here's the thing.
I've got this brilliant course,
Which I recorded many,
Many years ago,
That's got an alpha and Amogha activation in it.
And I uploaded it to Insight Timer about a year and a half ago when they were just betaing video courses.
And they went and pulled the plug on all the video courses because on this course,
I had to use these symbols and they don't let us upload things that aren't anything like this with any words on the top of them.
But on the video course,
They allowed us to do that.
So I can't advertise it,

And it's got the alpha and Amogha activation on it.
And it also takes you to a point of Unified Chakra as well.

What I'm going to do,
I'm just going to do a slightly different version of the Amogha activation.
And the Amogha activation is simply this.
Let's breathe down.
So breathe in through your mouth and then breathe that down,
All the way down all the chakra points below your root into the Amogha.
So imagine it is a point beneath your root.
And then imagine that breath filters out into the ground beneath you and goes into the earth.
So breathe in through your mouth and then out,
You're breathing down.
Then that breath goes into the very bowels of the earth.
Sorry to use that word bowels when we're breathing through our root.
Okay,
So hi,
All these cells,
This is great to see.
So breathe in,
Then we breathe out.
And then that simple breath is making that bond and forging that bond with the underworld,
Which is just amazing.
Now,
We then invert that.
And then we take the breath up all the way and we can send it up past our third eye,
Past our crown.
And imagine that the alpha chakra is like a ball that's sort of sitting above our head,
But the alpha chakra is tethered through our crown to our pineal gland.
And what you can do is you can send energy,
Send that heart energy out again.
So instead of going down through the root and going into the Amogha,
Which you can do,
So you can do the breath technique and you can send elixir from our heart down into the root and to Amogha,
You send elixir so it goes up through your throat,
Through your third eye,
Through your crown,
And up into the super consciousness,
Collective consciousness.
And I'll just type something into there.

There's another meditation on the app called Accessing Super Consciousness.
Now,
This isn't specifically about activating the alpha chakra,
But when we take unconditional love and we're sort of beaming it out into our alpha chakra,
Then that goes out into the collective consciousness and to the cosmos and to the higher realms.
Guess what comes back?
It can only be unconditional love back.
So what tends to happen when you've gone through this process is you become super lucky and things happen to you,
A bit like the 4.
44 in the morning incident I was talking about,
Just to help you on your way,
But also to speed up your evolution by putting you in touch with the right people at the right time and getting you to learn the right things at the right time so you can evolve to be the most amazing version of yourselves.
So pretty much that's all I wanted to do today,
Just to go through the chakra points,
To mention that they are bi-directional portals and we can take information in from them.
So if ever you say,
I really wish I trusted my gut on that,
That was you ignoring the fact that you've got this amazing intelligence in your gut.
If you ever thought,
Oh,
I had a thought off the top of If you ever thought,
Oh,
I had a thought off the top of my head,
But it sort of escaped me,
That's because you're blocking out.
And the thing that blocks out this communication,
Of course,
Is the overactive monkey mind.
So the fact that you guys are doing meditations on insight time,
I hope you're doing them at least daily,
If not more often than that.
You are the most advanced beings on the planet right now by controlling the monkey mind.
There's nothing wrong with thoughts at all,
Because thoughts allow us to have this conversation,
Allow us to vibrate our voice box and transmit our thoughts to other people.
Absolutely amazing,
Amazing ability for densified cosmos and stardust to be able to do.
Then isn't that just amazing?
Now,
Just there's quite a long post here.
Stephanie came partway through and wasn't sure you mentioned focused on root as I inhale and feel pressure in my left angle.
Exhale turns into a tingling feeling.
Do you have any suggestions?
Right.
Yes,
I do.
So basically,
You know,
Before I put my hand up and said,
I've got chakra points on my hand and you felt those in your hand as well.
So that's our chakra point.
Our feet are basically hands,
If you think about it.
So I want you to get your feet on the floor.
Is the tingling in your left ankle or is it in the foot and the toes of the ankle?
Right.
So if you've got an acupuncturist locally,
I'd suggest you go and see the acupuncturist.
Yeah,
I think that there's a kind of there's potentially a blockage in one of your meridians and a single acupuncture session will do that or reflexology.
If you don't like needles,
Reflexology would do the same sort of thing.
But what I'm going to do just now is a general,
A general healing for everybody.
Right.
So if there's any area of disquiet or dis-ease in your body,
Any tension in your body,
In your stiff neck,
Stiff back,
A bit of an achy knee or in Stephanie's case,
A tingly ankle.
I want you to imagine that I'm sitting beside you and you said,
Can you give me some of that wonderful healing,
Tom?
But you are the healer.
So all I'm going to do as a healer is activate you as a healer to fix your own thing.
Right.
So this tingling.
So Stephanie,
It's probably not a pain,
So it's not necessarily so it's more like a phenomenon rather than anything else.
So I want you to imagine Stephanie that my hands are just not even touching your ankle,
But out of each of my fingers is a lovely irradiation of energy.
I'm actually putting the elixir of unconditional love into your ankle right now.
And now if you've got a sore,
A pain in the neck,
A pain in the back or in the elbows,
I imagine that my hands are doing that on you.
Okay.
And then what we do,
We're just going to take that energy and we're going to drop it down and then we're going to take the energy and put it into the underworld.
And then we're going to take energy back in from the earth plane and from the underworld energies,
The fairy energies and bring that up and then put that back into the tingling area.
Now what's probably happened there is you've still got a tingling,
But it's changed in character.
And as you breathe into that centre,
That area of your body,
You can actually breathe in light and energy and then you breathe out the dis-ease and disquiet.
Let that go.
