Transcript
This meditation is accompanied by and augmented with an ambient layer from the multi-talented Pablo Villegas called Deep Flowing. I wrote the words for this guidance while listening to it on a loop as it took me into the deep flow state. So join me now on a journey to go deep, Deep within your mind, To deeply bond with your soul and to deeply enter a state of oneness with all. Take a few moments to breathe with me now and get into your own flow with your breath and flow along with Pablo's music, Observing not the notes themselves but where they take you. Notice too how when the ambience changes and morphs and moves, How your very being alters in response, Become one with the music and allowed to become one with you. No separation, No barriers, No differentiation. But now allow a differentiation to emerge. Very gently allow a gap to appear between your thoughts and your mood. Notice too what you then notice. Now tune into the flow and the stream of your thoughts. Notice how one thought leads to another. And notice how each thought seeds the one that follows it. Go along with your internal narrative and become one with it. Now play with talking to your thoughts. Ask yourself who is doing the talking and who exactly is doing the listening. Now go a little deeper still and allow the thing to emerge from the no-thing. Notice what appears as if from nowhere. Ask yourself who sent the no-thing. Notice how it morphs into something. Ask yourself what the something means. Allow this new something to take you somewhere, Somewhere new, Somewhere unexpected, Somewhere that will transform your world and the world around you. And now allow yourself to relax into a state that is deeper still. Just sitting and luxuriating in that state. Observing the flow of the ambience, The notes and the gaps between the notes, Until the music fades.

It was really good, it would also be great to have a longer version with a little more time between the prompts. Thank you!

Beautiful work and collaboration Tom. I found myself floating with my thoughts as if lazily drifting down a steam in a canoe. Each leaf floating alongside me were at first my scattered thoughts and then while in the gap of silence the truth came through. This is wonderful way to reach our consciousness.

Lovely and peaceful. Moored on a sailboat; within those stages of sleep & awakening. Gentle rhythm of floating while the distant sound of a foghorn and the slow gong of a bouy in the distance pulls me back toward sleep. The flow of breath mimicked imaginary slow waves touching the shore. It was like becoming part of the photograph you chose here. The hypnotic music and your words transported me to this magical memory, all in under 11 minutes. Thank you for taking me there :)

iโve been reading your mindful time management book and this meditation felt aligned. iโd love to have a long version of it. i loved it! playing with the effect of music changes is rather novel as most ambient music stays similar. generally curious how to find your time management and creativity related meditations.
