Welcome to the light of this new day.

You are already winning.

You have made it through the night.

The sun is shining,

Maybe behind some clouds.

Today you can shine too,

Despite any personal clouds.

Close your eyes for one minute to give thanks for being here.

A new day awaits.

What can you do to bring a little sunshine to your world today?

Everything is possible if you pause,

Slow down and stop before entering into the fray.

Welcome back.

And now prepare to enter this day with positivity.

Make it a day that you can look back on with gratitude.

You are special.

Today you can bring your unique gifts to the world.

What a blessing that you are here.
