Come back to the adventurous quality that is the journey back on to the heart.

You can experience deep within what it means to be reunited in a state of love by acting out that love in your thinking process,

In your feeling process,

And in the communication that you have with yourself.

Now in the beginning this may seem odd because you don't feel that way,

You don't think that way,

And to pretend seems like a pretense.

But remember,

In silence and solitude the frequency that you create,

Even if it is just a visualization in the beginning,

Offers you the possibility to recognize that the path is not as closed or limited as the mind is perceiving.

And your heart connects to your soul and that becomes the refuge of divine love and that elevates your journey back to a state of unity where the balance,

The equilibrium comes back to you and manifests itself on all levels.

Deep breath.

You may wish to place the palms of your hands on to the heart area and affirm this through your visualization synchronized with your breath.

Focus,

Tender,

That the unknown,

The open space that brings you back home to the infinity of possibilities means that you will receive the wonderful gift of life.

As you relax,

Take a few moments to gently come back.

Give yourself a few moments to drink some water or a nice cup of herbal tea.

Hydrate,

Write in your journal,

The most important intentions that you have for today.

Be gentle with yourself.
