You rollercoaster It's so important to be part of the transformation that's happening in the world at this moment. So to give yourself these next 15, 20, 25 minutes in stillness is a gift that you'll appreciate for a very, Very long time. So taking a few moments to just come back to a state of presence, Settling down into this present moment. To help us focus on an elevated state of consciousness that goes beyond just the mundane everyday type thinking, It's very often good to focus on one aspect of your experience. So to focus on the breath, To focus on just being mindful and aware of your experience, To be present to your experience, Present to the stillness within, Present to the energy of stillness. And often I like to focus on wisdom or a poetic paragraph that helps me to focus on something beyond just the mundane thoughts because the mind needs information so we can feed the mind with just everyday worries or we can help the mind to elevate to a state of consciousness that focuses on the spiritual practice. So this is just one sentence that may help you to focus on something beyond just the everyday type situations that we get caught up within. Perfection is achieved not when there is nothing more to add, But when there is nothing left to take away. Let us together focus on this energy. So very often we get busy trying to add so much to all and everything in our lives, More material goods or more of this or more of that. But we can also do this emotionally and mentally and energetically. We want more. So let us just focus on letting go, Releasing, Letting go, Making sure that with the out-breath we're just empty, Empty of expectations, Empty of judgments, Empty of all those normal thoughts that make us human, Open and receptive in the emptiness to the divine, To the many gifts coming our way. This is expansion. So every time you're breathing in, This expansion into your body, Which helps in the process of remembrance, The remembrance that we are conscious, And within this conscious awareness, We are bringing all life into the universe, Into manifestation, Into being by transforming this cosmic energy field, The resonance within this cosmic energy field, To our human perception and human experience through the senses living biochemistry. So we are creators through our intuitive realization. We are creating this beautiful field of expansion in harmony and in alignment to the resonance that we perceive individually as our experience. The energy that is deep, Deep within all and everything is the same. So the symphony of beautiful sound is cosmic. We all hear that cosmic sound in a different way. We all see the light in our individual unique way. But in the end, Everything is the same. Cosmic intelligence is present in all. And when we move inwards and get back in touch with our intuition, And there is sense of knowing, We know the expression of life because we are the creators of life. And that energy, That realization is boundless, Unlimited. Cosmic intelligence takes on the form of what it means to be a human being. So deep within, The vibrations of cosmic intelligence are revealing themselves in every possible way. As we tune into the vibration, The cosmic energy that is in all and everything, As we still our minds so that we can be more aware of what we are sensing in this moment, Then the spiritual practice continues, Not just in our meditations, But also in our life practice. We begin to see the Divine, The Light, God in everything because everything is the same. And when you dissolve the thoughts, When you dissolve the reactive feelings, And just come back to this presence of consciousness inside, Then there is an awareness that is not an ordinary awareness. It's an elevated state of consciousness that helps us to remember that inner presence, Step by step, Is the way. Letting go as you breathe out of mundane thoughts, And being present for a few more moments. Appreciating in gratitude this creative force deep within you, Empowering yourself knowing that you are the creative force. Deep breath. You may wish to create this intention deep within.
